Our client is a pioneering fintech company, transforming financial services through cutting-edge
technology solutions. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer with a strong background
in the fintech sector or banking institutions to join their team and drive growth and success.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To ensure and manage a good, profitable business relationship between the company and its
clients. Simultaneously responsible for marketing and sale of products and services to new clients
and managing existing client relationship; escalate client issues to appropriate personnel,
strategize to increase revenue streams (developing the business) through cross-selling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospecting for new business opportunities; this involves scanning the market to see
where the solutions best fit and have a brighter chance of selling.
• Organizing presentation engagements with clients to make known our solutions in relation
to their perceived or known needs.
• Managing existing client relationship to maintain and strengthen business ties. This
includes regular business visits, ensuring maximum satisfaction, cross selling to maximize
profit
• To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work
colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to the delivery of the Customer Support
performance standards and the business objectives.
• Managing collection
• Collaborates with the Project department in ensuring that projects are delivered on time
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the fintech industry or
banking institutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
