Honey, i write to you with the company's desktop computer and it is against the
company's rules and regulstions to use the company's devices for my personal
interest, and if i am caught it may attarct a severe punishment that may affect my
retiremnet procedure. I was deployed here from USA and i have to abide by the rules
here as i wait for my retirement to be approved so i can come to Taiwan.

But honey, although it bis very risky and attracts hectic punishment, i will take
the risk and call you even if it's just for a seconds so we can say hi to each
other and see ourselves.

WHY DOES RETIREMENT NEED TRAINING?

why retirement need training?, Training develops older workers' potential and human
capital in terms of skills, competencies and abilities which keeps them productive
even after service.

Also, the availability of training can provide older workers with a sense of
recognition, resulting in increased motivation to do something in return, to manage
your retirement allowance properly and be very productive to yourself and the
society.

There are also lots of benefits attached to retirement training which are more than
pension and gratuity.

WHY I RETIRE IN HONG KONG

the China Airline has a branch in some world countries, there are many of my
colleagues who were sent to different part of the world where china airline exist
for retirement training, so i was sent to Hong Kong, and that is why i think it is
easier to process my retirement here because it is an asia country and it will be
easier for me.

ABOUT PROJECTS /PROPERTIES

before i came to this training i had some projects ongoing in Kentucky, and i had
to abandon it when i knew i had to come for this special training. My plan was to
retire at 65, but i was lucky i was selected to be among the young retirees, and it
made me abandon so many projects ongoing. secondly i can't pay the engineers from
here because due to training policy, i have no access to my bank account... now, i
know i will retire soon, and i do not wish to live in the US, so i paused the
projects. i will sell it of and we can aquire new properties in taiwan

COMING TO TAIWAN
honey, i have been so busy with my retirement process, and from the look do things
i can tell that we will be together soon. it is my greatest wish to hug you so
tight soon, plant a kiss on your lips and whisper to your ears how much i love you.
our son can't wait to be with you either, he will finish his exams soon and i hope

WHY I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

The reason is that my colleagues go on vacation to go see their family and after
the vacation they won't come back to the pilot quarters on time some will go and
see their family in US and won't ask for the company permission that is waht made
our account to be frozen so we can't have access to it untle we are fully got our
retirement aproved.

STRICT RULES

the computer room is open 24/7. There are two computer rooms in the
pilot quarters

There are surveillance cameras in every corner of the room, so it's hard to do
things like make calls, or talk loudly, so it's always very quiet here

If anyone is caught in violation of the guidance rules of the computer room, he

will be severely punished in accordance with the provisions of the special training
policy

If I go out of the computer room, that means I can't chat with you, because we
can't use mobile phones, so I can only use this computer to write to you

So every time I want to chat with you, I will come to the computer room to chat
with you

No, I will only be able to use my cell phone if my retirement is approved. There is

BANK ACCOUNT
Yes they are very strict and this is because of the rebellion here a few months
ago...that's why they restricted our bank account and we can't use it until we are
approved to retire...

Many rules, many policies we dare not violate. If we miss dinner or breakfast at
the appointed time, we may not be able to have dinner or breakfast again until the
next day. We can't buy food either. too much discipline

Some of my colleagues broke some rules, we were told not to use the phone here and
our bank accounts were blocked

The reason is that my colleagues would be given a vacation and cannot return to the
pilot�s dormitory on time after the vacation. Some of them will go to the United
States to visit their families and will not ask for the company�s consent,
resulting in our account being frozen and restricted.

If they were given two days off, they would take two weeks, and the company would
be outraged by this illegality and incompetence, and ban us from doing many things.
It's sad how some people's sin affects everyone

damascus because the attack by the terrorist lead to a lots of destruction because

terrorist and the US military need more support on this mission that is why the US
government need more pilot to join the US military pilot to fight against those
