ORDER

Consequent to restructuring of the Central Labour Service Cadre after

Second Cadre Review and in continuation of this Ministry's Order of even
number dated 61" September, 2013, the sanctioned strength of the Central
Labour Service Officers in various Grades/posts under different
Ministries/Departments participating in the Central Labour Service is indicated in
the Annexure- I.

2. The establishment-wise/ unit-wise sanctioned strength of Central Labour

Service Officers in the Central Industrial Relations Machinery (CIRM) headed by
Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Directorate General (Labour Welfare)'s
Office and Main Secretariat under Ministry of Labour & Employment is
indicated in the Annexure-//. The revised Job Chart shall be notified separately.

3. The establishment-wise/ unit-wise sanctioned strength of Central Labour

Service Officers in the participating Organizations under Ministry of Defence is
indicated in the Annexure - Ill.

4. The establishment-wise/unit-wise sanctioned strength of Central Labour

Service Officers in the participating Organizations under the Ministries/
Departments other than Ministry of Labour & Employment and Ministry of
Defence is indicated in the Annexure- IV.

5. Consequent to the Second Cadre Review, which was approved by the

Cabinet, 31 (thirty one) posts in Junior Time Scale of Central Labour Service are
abolished, as detailed in Annexure- V.

6. As a result of restructuring of the Central Labour Service Cadre,

12 posts in STS Grade and 06 posts JTS Grade have been relocated and
authorized to other Establishments for effective and optimum utilization of these
posts and consequently, these existing posts stand abolished as
detailed in Annexure -VI.

shall continue to hold the posts until furthers orders.
