must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises, and remedial activities may be done for developing content
I. OBJECTIVES

shall be derived from the Curriculum Guides.
A. Content Standard The learner demonstrates understanding of recreation in optimizing one’s health as a habit; as requisite for physical activity
assessment performance, and as a career opportunity.
B. Performance Standards The learner leads recreational events with proficiency and confidence resulting in independent pursuit and in influencing others
positively.
C. Learning Competencies / Objectives Observes personal safety protocol to avoid dehydration, overexertion, hypo-and hyperthermia during MVPA participation. K to 12

II. CONTENT
List of materials to be used in different days. Varied sources of materials sustain children’s interest in the lesson and in learning.
