will attend the Crew Leader Training Course to be held at Lawang Bato National High School from
May 5-7, 2023. The said activity will serve as a training course for scouts to know how to be crew
leaders and attain good leadership skills so they can serve and become agents of change in our
school community. The registration fee is five hundred pesos (P500.00).

ensure his safety in camp. I shall not hold the camp staff and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines
responsible for any untoward incident that may happen beyond their control.
