5. To conduct research studies and community services especially to minority groups
6. To establish more local and international linkages with Non-government organization and
Government agencies in coordination with the existing programs of the institution
7. To strengthen institutional capabilities towards high performance in professional licensure
examinations
8. To ensure high rate of employment of graduates
9. To meet minimum accreditation standards of all programs
10. To strategize and implement income generating projects
