TO WIT: Sponsorship for my brother to visit Canada to meet me and spend some quality
time with me
I, Jaswinder Singh Dhillon, is Canadian Citizen of 245, Sedgewood ST, Kitchener ON N2P
OJ6, Phone No: +1 4376799323, do solemnly declare:
1. That I, Jaswinder Singh Dhillon, is Canadian Citizen and have been residing in Canada
since 2019.
2. That I wish to invite my cousin brother and nephew: Sukhchain Singh (cousin brother),
(holder of Indian Passport: U1530161, DOB: 08-08-1985), and my nephew, Harmanjeet
Singh (nephew) (holder of Indian Passport: Y4068880, DOB: 20-05-2006) residents of Rakhi
Road, Opposite Shamshan Ghat, Jeevan Singh Colony, Ferozepur, Punjab, India. To come to
Canada to spend some memorable moments with me at my residence mentioned above.
3. I am very close to my cousin brother and share a very special bond of love and affection
with him. It has been a long since I met him and feel his absence on every occasion. In
addition, I am very excited to meet my nephew. The last time I saw him, he was just a little
boy, and now he is grown into a young man. I really want to meet him again and strengthen
our bond. I wish them to come and stay with me for a few days, therefore, their presence
would make my days it even more memorable.
4. Also, we are planning to visit famous tourist destinations in and around Ontario. They will
get a wonderful chance to experience Canadian friendliness, take in the breathtaking scenery
and rich cultural diversity of Canada, and make lifelong memories.
5. That my cousin brother and nephew will be coming for a visit of about 2 weeks from 18 th
December 2024 to 02nd January 2024.
6. That as an Inviter, I understand my responsibility towards the Government of Canada and
assure you that they do not intend to stay in Canada permanently and will understand their
obligations as a visitor and will leave the country before expiring the granted stay.
7. That my cousin brother, Sukhchain Singh is running Transport Business under the name of
“Narula Road Lines” and my nephew, Harmanjeet Singh is currently studying in Bachelor of
Business Administration, and will definitely return after their visit of the above-mentioned
period to resume their business and study respectively and daily life activities. Therefore,
they are fully committed to returning and have no intentions to stay here permanently in
Canada.
8. That I, Jaswinder Singh Dhillon, am working with BMV Logistic Inc. As a Driver (Haul
Loads Between Canada and USA) since February 2023.
9. That I have sufficient savings in my Canadian bank accounts. (Papers attached).
10. That I stay at my own property, and have enough accommodation for the comfortable
stay of my cousin brother and nephew with me in Canada.
11. That the visitor will purchase the required medical health insurance upon the issuance of
their authorized visitor visa.
12. That I further undertake that the visitor will not become a public charge or burden on any
social welfare program, and they will not breach the conditions attached to their visa.
13. That I have the financial means and under take to be fully responsible for all food, and
accommodation, and other required and other expenses including lodging, flight incurred by
them during their visit to Canada.

it is of the same force and effect as of made under oath.
