List of Supporting Documents
1. One recent passport-sized coloured photograph to be affixed on the top right corner
of the application form.
2. NRIC/Passport or Citizenship Certificate.
3. Documentary proof:
• Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) – Blue NRIC or a valid Re-Entry Permit -
• Part-Time International candidate - Immigration Pass (e.g.
Employment/Diplomatic/Dependent Pass or Work Permit) issued by the
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority -
4. Transcript(s) and Degree Scroll(s) of University academic records must be in English,
otherwise an official English translation must also be provided.
5. Documentary proof of present and previous employment with designation, dates of
appointment and resignation indicated (e.g. IR8A forms or letters of appointment and
resignation).
6. TOEFL/IELTS results (applies only to graduates of universities with non-English
medium of instruction).
Note: GRE score is not compulsory for admission to coursework programmes.
7. Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) results (if applicable)
8. Professional qualifications/membership certificates, if any.
9. Any other relevant documents (e.g. supporting letter from your employer or referee).
Note: There is no fixed standard format for reference letters.
Note: For programmes offered by Nanyang Business School (NBS) and S.Rajaratnam School
of International Studies (RSIS), there may be extra documents required by these schools.

Additional Documents for ASEAN Graduate Scholarship application
1. National or international research or publications (letters from the relevant
authority confirming research or publication).
2. National or international awards or membership (letter from the relevant authority
certifying the award or membership)
3. Transcript Request Form is to be sent to the Registrar or appropriate authority of
the university or institution from which the applicant has graduated.
4. Referee's Report Form should be sent to each of the applicant's two referees.
Specific instructions are given in the form.
Documents submitted in support of your application are non-refundable. Please send only
clear legible photocopies of documents. Do not submit original documents. Original
documents should be produced at a later date upon request. The university will not be
responsible for the loss, damage or return of original documents submitted.
