EVICTION LETTER

To the Tenant Francis

Subject Eviction Notice Letter

Dear Francis this eviction letter is to notify you that you have to vacate the rent- out premise within 15
days from effectiveness of this eviction notice.

This is in reference to the residential apartment you occupy at Adenta commandos which is the legal
property of Mr. & M.rs Djan you have been living in the apartment since 2020.

The reason for the eviction

1. Non -renewal of tenancy agreement and arrears you own


2. Non payment of water bill for a year
3. Non payment of waste collection bills for 7 months

Failure to stick by this eviction notice can result in Landlord taking legal actions against you. The
damage, legal expenses and the overdue would be on you . You are warned to evict the premises and
settle your arears of water bill , waste bill and 3 month rent and return the possessions as soon as
possible
