THE HUMBLE APPLICATION OF
THE PETITIONER ABOVE-NAMED
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. The Petitioner above named have filed the accompanying Special
Leave Petition against the impugned final judgment and order
dated 26.08.2021, passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in
Writ Petition (C) No. 1587 of 2018, wherein the Hon’ble High
Court, failed to appreciate the detailed contentions and material
submission put forth by the Petitioner and dismissed the same
without according any weightage.

2. That, the facts and circumstances giving rise to filing of the
accompanying Special Leave Petition are not being repeated herein
the sake of brevity and in order to avoid repetition and the
Petitioners craves leave of this Hon’ble Court to refer to the same,
as and when required.
3. That the, the present application is being filed seeking exemption
from filing official translated copies of some documents, which are
annexed hereto with the accompanying Special Leave Petition.
4. It is submitted that the said documents being Annexures P-2, P-5
and P-6 were originally recorded in vernacular language, and are
translated to English by a person who is well versed with the said
languages in the aforesaid documents. As such, due to paucity of
time, the same could not be translated by an official translator, and
therefore, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly accept the
same.
5. That, the present application is made bonafide and in the interest of
justice.
PRAYER
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the present case, it is
most respectfully prayed, that this Hon’ble Court may most
graciously be pleased to:
a. Grant exemption from filing official translated copies of
Annexures P-2, P-5 and P-6;

b. Pass such other or further orders, as this Hon’ble Court may
deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the
present case.
AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE PETITIONERS AS IN
DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY
