1. Remove staff picture.

2. Add more scheduled staffs.

3. Incorporate a sheet to display each doctor's schedule meticulously organized on


a doctor-by-doctor basis. And allow exporting and sending it to the doctor by
WhatsApp.

4. Integrate a file number system for patients and allow for patient selection via file
number search instead of by name.

5. Simplify patient information by removing address, city, state, and zip code. Let's
stick to the essentials: file number, First and Last name, patient type, phone
number, email, Birth Date, and Start date.

6. Include a date dropdown in the Appointment adding section for selecting the
date.

7. Ensure the schedule displays times for the whole day (24-hour) or allow for
scrolling down.

8. Implement color coding for appointments based on their status instead of color
coding the appointment based on the appointment items which isn't needed.
Appointments status color coded as specified: Gray for booked appointments,
Light Green for confirmed appointments, Green for 2nd confirmation, Orange for
arrived in the clinic patients, Black for dismissed out of the clinic patients, and Red
for unconfirmed appointments.

9. Renaming of "invoices" to "Treatment Plan" to align with clinic terminology,


and it should including treatment descriptions, codes, and costs. Consideration for
integrating invoices and Treatment Plans together. (I will be providing all the types
of treatment we provide in the clinic with there specific codes and costs).

10. Integrate WhatsApp for seamless communication with patients, including


confirming appointments, sending attachments, and sending treatment plans.

11. Customization of the software theme to match our clinic's identity color
scheme.
