SHALL BE CLOSED AT 01:30 PM. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall / premises till the completion of
entire examination or 05:00 pm whichever is later.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. The examination shall be conducted in a hybrid mode wherein the question papers shall be displayed on a computer screen or a tablet provided at the desk of
each candidate. However, the candidates shall write their responses in the hard copy answer scripts provided to them, as usual.
2. This admit card is subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled.
3. Check the particulars in the admit card carefully. Error, if any, is to be reported to NBEMS.
4. Entry to the examination hall without the admit card is not permitted.
5. Candidates must bring to the test centre the following documents:
Ÿ Printed copy of admit card with photo pasted on it.
Ÿ A Government issued photo ID (must be original and valid/non-expired): PAN card / Voter ID /Passport / Driving license / Aadhar card (with Photograph).
Government issued photo ID MUST be produced in ORIGINAL HARD COPY. Photocopies/ Scanned copies in mobile phones are NOT acceptable. As
candidates can not carry the mobile device inside the test centre, documents stored in digilocker can not be shown inside the test centre.
6. Please maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to debarment of the candidate from the
examination. This may also force appropriate legal action against him/her.
7. Use of all electronic devices, including cell phones, pagers, calculators, pen drives, tablets, is strictly prohibited at the examination venue. Since examination
centres do not have a provision for safekeeping of such devices, candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination venue.
8. To check against possible impersonation, authorities will be verifying the identity and genuineness of a candidate by taking photograph or by any other means at
the examination centre.
NOTE: The admit card containing 2 pages MUST be printed on a single A4 size white paper (BACK TO BACK).

9. Should a candidate have any queries / doubts, he/she may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.
10. The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination centre.
11. Each candidate must follow instructions displayed on the computer screen while taking the examination.
12. List of prohibited items at the test centre :
Ÿ Any textual material (printed or written), notes, non transparent plastic pouch, calculator, pen drives etc. Pen Pencil to be carried in a transparent Pouch.
Ÿ Any electronic device like mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator, electronic pen/scanner etc.
Ÿ All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
Ÿ Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap etc.
Ÿ Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks etc.
Ÿ Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
13. No arrangement will be made at the centres for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates.
14. The exact entry point to the test centre (Reporting Counter) and the main gate of venue might be at a distance. To avoid unforeseen delay in reaching to the test
centre entry point (Reporting Counter), candidates are advised to reach well in time and familiarise themselves with the exact point of the entry to test centre in the
premises of the venue well in advance. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes prior to the test start time. Any delay in arrival to the test centre entry point
(Reporting Counter) shall lead to denial of entry even if the candidate might have arrived to the premises of venue.
15. Candidates are advised to refrain from tattooing their fingers with henna/colours to avoid difficulties in finger biometric based registration for the test.
16. Candidates will be under CCTV Surveillance throughout the exam procedure.
17. Should you need to carry any medicine or a medical assistance device at the exam centre, please carry supportive medical documents. In absence of such
documents, you shall not be permitted to carry such devices/ prosthesis/ medicine etc.
18. Should you require any assistance of scribe, please seek prior approval of NBEMS by way of submitting a query at NBEMS Communication Web Portal along with
documents in support as per provisions of RPwD Act, 2016. In absence of prior approval of NBEMS, you shall not be allowed to accompany a scribe with you
inside the exam centre.
19. Candidates shall not be permitted to take a bio-break after registering for the exam till the exam starts. However, they can avail a bio-break once the exam has
started.
20. Answer(s) written on the page(s) of Answer Sheet not allotted for that question will not be evaluated.
21. All candidates are required to go through the admit card and report any discrepancies, if any, to the NBEMS Communication Portal.

2. यह वेश प इस शत के अधीन है िक यिद िकसी भी र पर अपा ता का पता चलता है , तो उ ीदवारी र कर दी जाएगी।
3. एडिमट काड म िदए गए िववरणो ं को ान से दे ख। ुिट, यिद कोई हो, की सूचना NBEMS को दी जानी चािहए।
4. िबना वेश प के परी ा हॉल म वेश की अनुमित नही ं है।

Ÿ वेश प की मुि त ित।
Ÿ सरकार ारा जारी फोटो और पहचान प (मूल और मा /अमा नही ं होना चािहए): पैन काड / वोटर आईडी / पासपोट / डाइिवंग लाइसस / आधार काड (फोटो के साथ)। सरकार ारा
जारी फोटो पहचान प मूल हाड कॉपी म ुत िकया जाना चािहए। फोटो कॉपी/ मोबाइल फोन म ै न की गई ितयां ीकाय नही ं ह। चूंिक उ ीदवार मोबाइल िडवाइस को परी ा क
के अंदर नही ं ले जा सकते ह, िडिजलॉकर म संिचत द ावेज परी ा क के अंदर नही ं िदखाए जा सकते ह।
6. परी ा के दौरान कृपया मौन और अनुशासन बनाए रख। िकसी भी अनुिचत साधन या अनुिचत आचरण के योग से उ ीदवार को परी ा से वंिचत कर िदया जाएगा। यह उसके खलाफ उिचत
कानूनी कारवाई को भी मजबूर कर सकता है ।
7. परी ा ल पर सेल फोन, पेजर, कैलकुलेटर, पेन डाइव, टै बलेट सिहत सभी इले ॉिनक उपकरणो ं का उपयोग स विजत है । चूंिक परी ा क ो ं म ऐसे उपकरणो ं को सुरि त रखने का ावधान
नही ं है, उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे उ परी ा ल पर न ले जाएं ।
8. संभािवत ित पण के खलाफ जां च करने के िलए, अिधकारी फोटो खीच
ं कर या िकसी अ मा म ारा उ ीदवार की पहचान और वा िवकता की परी ा क पर पुि करगे।
9. यिद िकसी उ ीदवार को कोई / संदेह है , तो वह कृपया हाथ उठाकर िनरी क को बुला सकता है ।
10. उ ीदवार को परी ा क म दे र से वेश करने या ज ी बाहर िनकलने की अनुमित नही ं है।
11. ेक उ ीदवार को परी ा दे ते समय कं ूटर ीन पर दिशत िनदशो ं का पालन करना चािहए।
12. परी ा के पर िनिष व ुओं की सूची:
Ÿ कोई भी पा साम ी (मुि त या िल खत), नोट् स, गैर-पारदश ा क पाउच, कैलकुलेटर, पेन डाइव आिद। पेन पिसल को पारदश पाउच म ले जाना है ।
Ÿ कोई भी इले ॉिनक उपकरण जैसे मोबाइल फोन, ूटूथ, ईयरफोन, माइ ोफोन, पेजर, कलाई घड़ी/हे बड, कैलकुलेटर, इले ॉिनक पेन/ ै नर आिद।
Ÿ सभी आभूषण जैसे कंगन, अंगूठी, झमक
ु े , नोज-िपन, चेन/हार, पडट, पडट के साथ हार, बैज, ोच आिद।
Ÿ अ सामान जैसे बटु आ, काले च े, हडबैग, बे , टोपी आिद।
Ÿ कोई भी खाने यो व ु खोली या पैक की गई, शीतल पेय आिद।
Ÿ कोई अ व ु िजसका उपयोग अनुिचत साधनो ं के िलए, वायरलेस/ ूटूथ िडवाइस, ाई कैमरा आिद संचार उपकरणो ं को िछपाने के िलए िकया जा सकता है ।
13. अ िथयो ं की कोई साम ी/व ु रखने के िलए क ो ं पर कोई व ा नही ं की जाएगी।
14. परी ा क ( रपोिटग काउं टर) का सटीक वेश िबंदु और ल का मु ार कुछ दू री पर हो सकता है । परी ा क के वेश िबंदु ( रपोिटग काउं टर) तक प ं चने म अ ािशत दे री से बचने के
िलए, उ ीदवारो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे समय पर प ं च और काय म ल के प रसर म परी ा क म वेश के सटीक िबंदु से पहले ही प रिचत हो जाएं । परी ा शु होने के समय से 30
िमनट पहले रपोिटग काउं टर बंद हो जाएगा। परी ा क के वेश िबंदु ( रपोिटग काउं टर) पर प ं चने म िकसी भी दे री से वेश से इनकार कर िदया जाएगा, भले ही उ ीदवार ल के प रसर म
प ं च गया हो।
15. अ िथयो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे िफंगर बायोमेिटक आधा रत पंजीकरण म किठनाइयो ं से बचने के िलए अपनी उं गिलयो ं को महदी/रं गो ं से गोदने से बच।
16. परी ा ि या के दौरान उ ीदवार सीसीटीवी की िनगरानी म रहगे।
17. यिद आपको परी ा क पर कोई दवा या िचिक ा सहायता उपकरण ले जाने की आव कता है , तो कृपया सहायक िचिक ा द ावेज साथ रख। ऐसे द ावेजो ं के अभाव म, आपको ऐसे
उपकरण/कृि म अंग/दवा आिद ले जाने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
18. यिद आपको िकसी लेखक की सहायता की आव कता हो, तो कृपया आरपीड ूडी अिधिनयम, 2016 के ावधानो ं के अनुसार द ावेजो ं के साथ एनबीईएमएस संचार वेब पोटल पर एक
ुत करके एनबीईएमएस की पूव ीकृित ा कर। एनबीईएमएस की पूव ीकृित के अभाव म, आपको परी ा क के अंदर लेखक को अपने साथ ले जाने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
19. परी ा के िलए पंजीकरण करने के बाद परी ा शु होने तक उ ीदवारो ं को बायो ेक लेने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी। हालाँ िक, परी ा शु होने के बाद वे बायो ेक का लाभ उठा सकते ह।
20. उ र प क के उस पृ पर िलखे गए उ र का मू ां कन नही ं िकया जाएगा जो उस के िलए आवंिटत नही ं है।
21. सभी उ ीदवारो ं को वेश प को पढ़ना आव क है , और यिद कोई िवसंगितयो ं हो, तो एनबीईएमएस को उनके संचार वेब पोटल पर रपोट कर।
