 PULTRUSION PROCESS

Pultrusion is the manufacturing process that create continuous length of constant

cross section GRP Products. Raw materials used for this process include Fiberglass
Roving, Fiberglass Mat, Resin (ISO or vinyl or Epoxy) & some Special Additives. In
this Process the Fibers are pulled through a heated Die. While passing through the
die, a constant pressure is applied resulting in the Resin Melting and its
impregnation into the Fibrous Reinforcement. This manufacturing process is low
cost, convenient & efficient to other options in the Market. Pultrusion also garners
consistent high-Quality composites, reducing error in production and in turn
offering greater customer satisfaction.

FRP/GRP CABLE TRAY SYSTEM

Novus Fiber Cable Trays are made from Pultrusion Process & used for laying communication
or low voltage cables.
Novus Cable Trays comes in Different Resin Systems & with Solid or Perforated Options.
Due to our Unique Design, Our Cable Trays have High Strength & toughness. The Covers
can be fixed directly on the top with just Bolts & Nuts without Cover clamps for Internal &
Low wind Velocity areas. Our Cable Trays comes in depths of 50mm & 80mm
FRP/GRP CABLE LADDER SYSTEM

Novus FRP CABLE LADDER are made from Pultrusion Process & used for laying
Heavy Duty Cables.

Novus Cable Ladders comes in Different Resin Systems & Due to our Unique Design;
Our Cable Ladders have High Strength & toughness and attain high NEMA ratings.
The Covers can be fixed directly on the top with just Bolts & Nuts without Cover
clamps for Internal & Low wind Velocity areas. Our Cable Ladder comes in depths of
100mm & 150mm.

FRP/GRP STRUCTURAL PROFILES

Novus FRP/GRP structural profiles are manufactures with fixed cross-section

structure by a continuous pultrusion process using fiberglass reinforcements with
thermosetting resin matrixes. Pre-selected reinforcement materials such as fiberglass
roving, mat, woven fabrics or stitched fabric are drawn through a resin bath in which
all materials are thoroughly impregnated with a liquid thermosetting resin.
FRP/GRP REBAR

Novus FRP/GRP Rebar is spiral wrapped structural reinforcing rod made from a
combination of fiberglass roving and resin. FRP/GRP rebar has been developed as a
non-corrosive alternative to steel in concrete reinforcement and is suitable for any
structural or architectural application where a material that is corrosion resistant,
lightweight or non-conductive is required.

FRP/GRP HANDRAIL

Novus FRP/GRP Handrail is a composite material of glass fiber and resin.

FRP is widely used in many industries as a substitute for steel and wood due to its
high fiber content and high strength. FRP handrail is having corrosion resistance and
long life, which make it suitable for outdoor handrails, guardrails, floors etc..
FRP MOLDED / PULTRUDED GRATINGS

Novus FRP/GRP Molded Gratings renowned for its high strength, corrosion
resistance in the harshest environment, long life and safety. We manufacture from
carefully selected resin system, our grating is designed to deliver many years of
reliable service, outperforming the traditional materials, and made as per the high
international standards.
