Finished crochet cat is almost 50 cm (19.6 inches) long with tail. His bowtie is removable, it can be
detached for every day usage and attached again for a special occasions - like Halloween that is
coming so fast :) and what could be a better accessory for a witch than a black cat , that you could
cuddle when it gets too scary..

Materials
List of all the materials you will need for this project:
yarn ( I use 55% cotton yarn which measures 174 yards (159 meters) for 50 g, weight Sport /
5 ply (12 wpi), Gauge 24 to 30 st is 4 inches (10 cm)
You can use any colors you like , but here is the list of colors I used:
o black - base fur color
o light purple - inside ears
o light pink - paw pads
o light yellow - nose
o red - bowtie

3,0 mm (D) hook,
a piece of black and white felt for eyes and pupils
cotton wool or other stuffing
1 small red button for the bowtie fastenning

Stuff front legs some more if needed.
Sew two front legs the way to close the gap in the
body.
Remember the paw pads should be on the back side
of the front paws.

Sew the tail to the back of the body on the opposite

Sew the head in place where the front paws are sewn
to the body, on the side where you can't see the paw
prints of the front legs (they are facing down)
Back view of the head.
Take the small button now and sew it to the 'around
the neck' part, on the opposite side than the loop.
