Overview
NexaVida+ is an AI-powered Electronic Health Record (EHR) system designed to cover all
aspects of hospital operations. It is intended to streamline patient care, manage medical
records, and handle hospital administration efficiently. This document will outline the key
features and functionalities for the Accounting/Finance department within the EHR.
Accounting
Manages financial transactions, billing, and invoicing related to patient services, insurance
claims, and operational expenses.
1. Dashboard:
• Overview of Key Financial Metrics:
o Revenue: Display total revenue generated over specific periods, such as
daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
o Expenses: Break down expenses into categories (e.g., payroll, supplies,
