SPECIFICATIONS

Date :

 FOUNDATION

Isolated footing connected with plinth beam.

Foundation/Footing : 06FT ‘ depth from the existing ground level

 BASEMENT

Filling with locally available pit sand or crusher dust and PCC CM 1:4:8 and 03ft
above road level - I front of the plot.

 STRUCTURE

RC framed structure with RCC column

 WALLS/SUPER STRUCTURE

Main walls 9 inch thick in the designation 5 with CM 1:6. Partition wall of 4 ½ inch
thick designation 7.5 brick inner walls with CM 1:5 and MS perforated strip 3 inch with
reinforcement at every 7th layer.

 PLASTERING

Inner wall shall be plastered for 15m thick 1:6 with smooth finish and outer walls
shall be plastered for 12mm thick cm 1:6 with sponge finish. Ceiling with CM 1:4 of
thickness 10m.
 FLOORING

Quality vitrified 24”x24” ceramic tile flooring and skirting 4 inch height. Bed mortar
1:6 Cost of tile @ Rs.60 per sq ft.

 ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT

Pest control treatment shall be done with pest control specialists as per BIS norms in
three stages Foundation 2) Basement

 PAINTING

a) Wall painting
Inner walls shall be two coat primers, putty with 2 coats of Asian tractor
emulsion of required shade.

b) CEILING PAINTING
Ceiling one coat white cement with 2 coats of Asian ACE with required
shade. Outer wall one coat white cement with 2 coats of Asian exterior emulsion.

c) DOORS & WINDOWS


All doors and windows with putty finish and shall be painted with 1 coat of
primer and 2 coats of enamel paint with required shade except main door.

 ELECTRICAL PROVISIONS

a) Distribution Board
One 4 way metal distribution board fitted with breakers, isolators, manual
phase changers with power indicators.

b) General Wiring
Concealed copper wiring with proper fittings. Make finolex, or Kundan
equivalent.

c) Electrical Points (Double Bed Room) –On need basis might require more points

i) Fan - 7nos

ii) AC & Exhaust Fan - 3 nos / each

iii) Light point - 18/19

iv) 5A socket - 12
v) 15A socket - 4 nos or 5 nos (kitchen -2, Fridge-1,washing machine
1,Geyser-1)

vi) Inverter Line - 1

vii) Parallel Phone connection – Hall and 1 Bedroom

viii) TV Cable provision - Hall and one room ix) Swing points (Hooks) - 4

 GENERAL CURING

Shall be done at least thrice a day at least for 7 days from the day of brick
work and plastering and water should be present on the roof slab for atleast 14 days
from the days of concreting.

 OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

a) The Brand, color, specifications, Quality etc., for all the materials used by
contractor shall be approved by the client.

b) Total construction shall be completed and building shall be handed over to the
client by the contractor within -6-months from the date of signing the agreement.

c) Absolutely required space for accommodating of labours shall be provided at site


with labour shed, toilet.

d) The difference in cost of any extra items of work required by the customer and
done by the contractor shall be paid at the actual at the standard rates of the company.

e) Cement using in RCC, BW, Plastering work in Birla, KCP, Chettinadu or


equivalent. .

f) Power supply, water supply for construction period time given by client.
