building for the fig shown in fig for following items.
1. Earthwork excavation for foundation in hard soil
2. Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 in foundation
3. Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in foundation
with cement mortar 1:6
4. Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in basement with
cement mortar 1:6
5. Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 in foundation,
plinth and cills
6. Providing and constructing burnt brick masonry with cement mortar 1:6 for basement
and superstructure Super Structure
7. Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix 1:1.5:3
RCC Roof slab, column footing, column, lintel & beam
