Introduction

In today's digital age, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become

an integral part of our lives, transforming the way we live, work, and
interact. From virtual assistants to self-driving cars, AI systems are
increasingly ubiquitous, bringing numerous benefits and
improvements to various aspects of our lives. However, the growing
reliance on AI also raises significant ethical concerns, particularly in
relation to privacy, bias, and transparency. As AI systems become
more autonomous and influential, it is crucial to ensure that they are
developed and deployed in ways that align with human values and
ethical principles.

Islam, with its rich tradition of ethical guidance, offers a

unique perspective on the responsible use of technology. The Quran
and Sunnah provide a comprehensive framework for considering the
moral implications of human actions, including those related to
technology. Islamic ethics emphasizes the importance of justice,
compassion, and fairness, principles that are essential for ensuring
that AI systems are developed and used in ways that benefit
humanity.

Despite the growing importance of AI ethics, there is a lack of

research on Islamic perspectives on this topic. This study aims to
address this gap by exploring how Islamic ethical principles can
inform the development and deployment of AI systems. Specifically,
this research will investigate how Islamic ethics can address the
challenges posed by AI in relation to privacy, bias, and transparency.

The rapid development and deployment of AI systems have

significant implications for individuals, communities, and societies.
AI systems can potentially infringe on individuals' privacy,
perpetuate biases and discrimination, and lack transparency in their
decision-making processes. These concerns are not limited to AI
systems alone but also have broader implications for the
development of ethical frameworks that govern the use of
technology.

Islamic ethics offers a unique perspective on these challenges,

emphasizing the importance of accountability, responsibility, and
