Instructions
Ensure you are logged into your Canva account.
Click on the link/button, which will take you the a page
with 'Use Template' button.
Click the button and it will add a copy of this template
to your Canva 'Recent Designs' 'Save a copy' of you
template.
Start Editing - Rename your design in Canva and start
editing!
Add or delete pages. You can add or delete pages
and move then around.
Personalise colours - You can keep the colours as-is
or change it slightly to match your style.
Page Count - Now Canva will allow you to create
documents up to 200 pages.

Saving your work - Canva will auto-save your work
whenever you make changes. If you would like a copy
of the template as-is without any of your changes
then save an extra copy before you get started or, you
can always download a new copy from the template
link contained in the PDF you downloaded from Etsy.
To rename your design, click on "File" in the top left
of the screen. Click on the title and start typing to
rename your template whatever you choose.
To save a new copy at any
point during your work,
click on "File" and then click
on "Make a copy"
This will open up a new
window with a copy of
your design with all recent
changes.
Copying and Pasting - You can copy and paste
items by right click on the item and then selecting
copy or paste. You can also use the following
keyboard shortcuts:
CTRL + C (Command + C on Macs) to copy
CTRL + V (Command + V on Macs) to paste
CTRL + D (Command + D on Macs) to duplicate an
item
Changing colours of objects - With the object
selected, a colour box will appear toward the top left
of your top toolbar. If more than one colour exists in
the object, you'll see multiple colour boxes. Click on
the colour you want to change
You'll then see little
colour boxes pop up on
the left of your screen.
Select one of the colours
or click on the rainbow
pallete for a new colour
Once you click on the
new colour box, you can
drag the little white
circle anywhere on the
colour palette to get the
colour of your choice.
If you want to add your
brand colour or a specific
colour, you can enter the
colour's hex code at the
bottom of the palette
picker.
Editing your text and fonts - Select the text you
want to edit and a toolbar will appear toward the
top of the screen
With the text still
selected, you can hit the
down arrow on the font
name (RoxboroughCF in
the picture) and choose
the font you prefer
You can change the
text size by using the
plus and minus arrows
or by typing a text size
You can also change the in the font size box
text size by clicking on
any of the corners of
the box surrounding the
text of your choice and
dragging it larger or
smaller
You can change the text
colour by clicking on the
"A"
You'll then see little
colour boxes pop up on
the left of your screen.
Select one of the colours
or click on the rainbow
pallete for a new colour
Once you click on the
new color box, you can
drag the little white
circles anywhere on the
color pallete to get
the color of your choice.
You'll see more text
options in the top
toolbar including bold,
italic, underline, and
Center
Click on the "aA" to
toggle text between all
caps and all lower case
You can use the bullet
icon to make a bulleted
list. Click on the bullet
button twice for a
numbered list and click
on it 3 times to remove
the list feature
Click on the up and
down arrow to change
the space between
letters and lines.
While text is selected,
you can slide the white
circle up or down to
change the space
between letters
("Letter") or the space
between lines ("Line
height")
Uploading your own images - Select uploads, them
upload files and search for files on your computer.
Facebook, Instagram or Google drive
To use uploaded images - Select and click on the
images you want to add to your template.
Drag and drop the image to where you want it.
Using an image as a background - Drag and drop
the selected image to the top left side of the
template.
Adding links - Double click on the text until its
highlighted
Click on the link icon
Paste your link and press enter
By default the text with a link will be underlined,
but you can change it by selecting the text and
pressing de underlined botton.
Downloading your designs
on a computer
Click on "Share" button arrow in the top right of your
screen.
From this window, download, share, and print your
design and more. For downloading your design you can
choose the file type you would like to download (PDF,
PNG, etc.). You can also choose to download only specific
pages of your design if you do not wish to download the
entire template.
If you have added any "Pro" photos or elements to your
design and you do not have a Pro subscription, you will
be prompted here to pay for your individual Pro items.
