I, Mr. Jesus B. Borja, as the School Head of San Jose National High School, hereby
commit to the continuous development and enhancement of the sports program at our
institution. Understanding the vital role that sports play in the holistic development of
students, I pledge my full support to ensure the success and sustainability of our school’s
sports initiatives.

o I will provide the necessary administrative support to ensure the smooth
operation of the sports program, including securing resources, facilities,
and scheduling appropriate times for training and events.

o I commit to allocating a portion of the school's budget towards the
improvement of sports facilities, procurement of equipment, and support
for sports-related activities and competitions.

o I will encourage and facilitate the active participation of students in various

o I will ensure that qualified and passionate coaches are appointed to guide
and mentor our student-athletes, providing them with the skills and
knowledge needed to excel in their respective sports.
5. Health and Safety
o I will prioritize the health and safety of our student-athletes by ensuring
that proper medical support is available during all sports activities and that
health checks are conducted regularly.
6. Sustainability
o I commit to the long-term sustainability of the sports program by
continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring
that it remains a cornerstone of student life at San Jose National High
School.

Commitment Statement
As coaches/trainers at San Jose National High School, We recognize the
importance of sports in the holistic development of our students. We are
committed to contributing to the sports program development of our school in
the following ways:
1. Promoting Excellence and Sportsmanship:
We will encourage and cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and
sportsmanship among all student-athletes. We commit to being a role
model of these values both on and off the field.
2. Providing Quality Training and Guidance:
We will design and implement effective training programs tailored to the
abilities and goals of each student-athlete. We will provide consistent
guidance, support, and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
3. Ensuring Safe and Inclusive Practices:
We will prioritize the safety and well-being of all student-athletes by
adhering to best practices in coaching and training. We will foster an
inclusive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged
to participate.
4. Collaborating with Fellow Coaches and School Administration:
We will work closely with other coaches, trainers, and the school
administration to align our efforts and contribute to the overall success of
the sports program. We will actively participate in meetings, planning
sessions, and school events related to sports.
5. Supporting Academic and Athletic Balance:
We will encourage student-athletes to maintain a healthy balance between
their academic responsibilities and athletic commitments. We will support
their academic progress and work with teachers and parents to ensure
they excel both in the classroom and in sports.

We commit to continuously improving my coaching and training skills
through professional development opportunities. We will stay informed
about the latest trends and techniques in sports coaching and apply them
to our programs.
