We, hereby certify that CARHARTT, INC., as the registrant of CARHARTT, are entitled to use
and license the trademark "CARHARTT", US Registration Number 6558860 (the
"Trademark") with full power and authority.

We hereby certify that we authorize CPAM Park Monroe, LLC (the "Merchant"), registered
at 3305 WESTOVER ROAD, DURHAM, ND, 27707 to sell and distribute products with the
Trademark via any sales channels; and run any online or offline marketing and advertising
activities.

The valid period of this authorization is from Oct 11, 2024, until Oct 11, 2025.
We reserve the right to revoke this authorization throughout the period of validity, however,
written notice of such revocation will be given to the Merchant at least thirty (30) days in
advance.
