framework, as research engineer you will drive innovation; expected to
perform the following:
Research Engineer -1
• Utilizes basic scientific or engineering principles and techniques to
undertake short-term fairly
specific tasks and Sub-projects.
• Perform in-depth analyses in collaboration with technical staff. The
Incumbent may supervise
work of Research Assistants during project assignments.
• Incumbent's Daily progress is under close supervision, particularly during
first 6 months in
position and subject to review before action is taken. Incumbent’s findings
are frequently
checked for accuracy and incorporated as part of project’s conclusions.
• Propose and implement experimental, analytical and methodologies, in
order to identify the
best possible solutions for our customers
• Tasks defined in nature and scope, entering areas of product
development/improvement,
production processes, and new knowledge research
• Tasks are limited to one dimension of a medium project or to sub projects.
• Establish and supervise scientific collaborations with both national and
international academic
and/or industrial partners (PhD theses, postdocs and start-ups).
• Work effectively and cooperatively with our customers in a multidisciplinary
and international
industrial environment.
• Support and/or coordinate R&D plant (or pilot) scale trials.
• Communicate on your R&D activities on a regular basis.
• Reports to Research Group Leader or individual contributor
• In this role you are expected to Proactively Communicate and able to
collaborate with internal
and external stakeholders
