Examination Instructions – Model Examination-November 2024

• Wear only black trousers/skirt and white shirt. No T-shirts and Jeans allowed.
• Remember your roll number. Be familiar with your seating position
• Leave your bag neatly arranged along the corridor wall.
• Please ensure that the required stationery is brought in a transparent pouch.
• Make sure your pockets / pencil case has no papers – you could have made notes and put
them inside to revise.
• Before the examination begins check under the desks for any written material. If anything
is found after the examination begins, you will be responsible for it even if it is not yours.
• No borrowing or lending should happen in the exam room.
• Do not use whiteners. If you make a mistake strike it off with a single line and start afresh.
• Make sure you write your roll number / subject / date / page number correctly.
• Do not ask doubts to your friends. Raise your hands if you need to communicate with the
invigilator.
• If you want answer sheet(s) / use the washroom – raise your hand and draw the invigilator’s
attention.
• Follow the invigilator’s instructions. Tie your answer papers 10 minutes before the end of
the exam.
• Be truthful and honest in the examination hall. Note that students indulging in unfair means
will be penalized and parents will be notified.
• Do not leave the exam hall / room till all papers are collected and counted.
• It is mandatory for you to be present for all examinations. However, if you are unwell
and cannot write the examination you are required to submit the DHA approved
medical certificate, failing which you will be marked ‘Absent’.
