Process:

1. Place the model with in a frame and secure it to the bottom.
2. Weigh out the required amounts of base compound and
catalyst agent.

3. Mix the base compound and catalyst agent together.
4. Extract remaining trapped air with a hot air gun or hair dryer.

5. Pour in the liquid silicone rubber until the model is
completely covered and carry out secondary deairing to
eliminate all bubbles from the liquid silicone rubber.

6. Once the rubber cures completely pull the model from the

frame. The silicone mold is now complete.
7. Place the mould on a flat surface for 24 hours to retain the
shape and design.
