reduce stress. The third pillar, which is essential but sometimes

mindfulness and meditation are essential in developing strong
emotions, reducing anxiety, and keeping a cheerful outlook on life.

I am proud of an achievement that I accomplished a few years ago
when I took an English proficiency test and scored really high, which

work and dedication I put in to achieve this goal.To prepare for the
test, I created a study plan that involved practicing all four sections:

feedback from my English teacher. It was challenging at first, but
with regular practice and constructive feedback, I started to see a
significant improvement in my writing. Meanwhile, I practiced
speaking with my friends and classmates in English, listened to
English music and watched movies to improve my listening skills. I
found that immersing myself in the language really helped me to
improve my skills and gain more confidence.On the day of the test, I
was a bit nervous, but I tried to stay calm and focused. Applying all
the skills and techniques that I had learned during my preparation
paid off. When I received my score, I was thrilled to see that I had
achieved a high score and surpassed my own expectations. This
high score on the English proficiency test opened up many
opportunities for me, such as being able to study abroad and pursue
my dream career. As I look back on this experience, I am proud of
myself for setting a goal and working hard to achieve it. It taught me
the value
of discipline, persistence, and seeking help when needed. Most
importantly, it showed
me that with the right mindset and effort, anything is possible.

I have just finished my newest book yesterday. It is a wonderful
novel. Its name is The Alchemist written by Paulo Coelho. The main
character is Santiago. The novel follows his journey. After
understanding his special dream's meaning, he takes a travel to
Egypt to find a lost treasure and his personal legend. During his
journey, he recognizes many clues which show him the right way to
the treasure. In an oasis, he meets and falls in love with Fatima. She
encourages him to continue his journey. With the help of The
Alchemist, he arrives to Pyramids and knows where the treasure
really exists. The sentence I like most is "When a person really
desires something, all the universe conspires to help that person to
realize his dream". This book gave me motivation to follow my
destiny and believe on true love.

Do you know chess? It has been my hobby since I played with my grandfather. I
remember how excited when I saw a chess board the first time in my life. But now I
don't play with my grandfather any more, I play it in the internet; just when I have
free time. A chess board has many squares so that the chess pieces can go. The chess
pieces include the generals, harem, carriage, horse, net, and pawns. The flags have
different paths, for example the car can go straight and horizontal, the rear can go
more sides than all, the horse can go L-shaped, etc. Rules of the game: Based on the
way of the chess to go and eat all the opponent's chess to win, but absolutely you
must do everything to protect your team's champion. Very easy right? I think if you

The fast and furious is one of my favorite that I have ever seen. It was a series of
action films produced by Universal. This series includes 9 main movies and many
different movies about each main character. The series has been filmed since 2001
and always gain certain achievements. There are 7 main characters including Dominic
Toretto by Vin Diesel and his crew. All members of the teams are talent racers.
Although they are always under the secret monitor of FBI but they didn’t actually
belong it. They helped to find out the stolen documents and vital equipment by
terrorists. They fought like heroes and were never scared of death to protect peace
on earth. The film became one of the best films in the world and had a considerable
turnover. The main content that it overvalues the friendship as well as praises
braveness of those people.

Around a month ago, when I was surfing Facebook, I came across a video sharing
about a
newly wedded couple who spent their whole time saving stray and abandoned dogs
and cats from the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Although the couple is pretty young,
about 28 -29 years old, they have a quite big house with an open yard where doorless
cages with mattresses are placed for the pets to sleep in. To be honest, their house is
as big as their love for the poor animals. What made me feel so touched was that
even though the girl was bitten by a frightened dog, which caused her face to bear a
permanent scar, she still
goes for her life’s mission as a pet saviour. You know, I cried a lot when the couple
revealed that they would sacrifice their whole life saving the mistreated animals and
put aside their plan to have a baby. Deep in my heart, I truly appreciate how much
they love dogs and cats as I am also a pet lover. Those are the reasons why I choose
to talk about them in this part. I hope everyone will know about this story and never
ever mistreat our four-legged companions.

Last summer, my family and I were lucky enough to travel to Nha Trang for 2 weeks.
The resort was so amazing that it is absolutely an ideal destination for every summer.
We enjoy lying on the beach to sunbath every morning or during the afternoon. We
also love the cuisine there, most of the food are marine species including crabs,
shrimps, or cuttles. My siblings and I can also play in an entertainment park near
there with a wide range of games. The staff there were very helpful, they instructed
us in details and supported us as much as possible. They also warn us to bargain
when shopping in the souvenir stores and remember not to buy any products from
the hawker. The local people were very friendly and amazing. When we got lost
inside the city, they would show us the way carefully. They can even drive you to your
hotel if they are not busy. There is a group of volunteers there to support foreign
tourists so don’t hesitate to contact them if you meet any difficulties during your
trips. In conclusion, this destination was so amazing and the most memorable holiday
I have ever had.
