 Thesis : about the importance of jogging in the morning for health
 Argument :
1. first, about morning jogging Heart healthy. The faster you run, the more oxygen you
need

Regarding Physical Activity and Health, people who do not lead an active lifestyle

active lifestyle. This fact shows how important exercise, especially jogging, is to
prevent heart disease.

regularly will make the body have a better response to disease and health problems.
This activity also stimulates the production of white blood cells which help fight
bacterial and viral infections. In essence, jogging consistently will keep your body fit
