In this project, the system was configured to count the number of foil
packages regardless of their position. This ensures stability and accuracy
of counting, even if the packages are arranged randomly or at different
angles. This approach allows to increase the flexibility and reliability of the
automation process, minimizing the influence of external factors on the
counting results.

tasked with checking the color of the lid
as quickly as possible. Thanks to the
professionalism of our team, this task
was successfully implemented, and the
speed of reading the color of one lid is
only 0.10 seconds. Such high

Testing various types of parts in the project:

Damage Inspection:
4. Systematic Examination of Blister for Damages:
• Regularly inspecting blisters for any damages, ensuring the safety and quality of the
production.

In this example, the machine vision system counts the number of notches
on the part and displays information about their number. The reference
part should contain 8 notches. If the number of notches differs from the
reference, the system reports a discrepancy. The corresponding distance
between the notches is also tracked. This allows you to effectively control
the quality of parts and ensure the accuracy of their manufacture.
Implemented projects

This project was tasked with automated verification of the correct closure of
cardboard boxes and the presence of a label. The machine vision system
carefully analyzes each box to detect any irregularities in the closure or the
absence of the required labeling label. This approach provides high control
accuracy and allows maintaining product quality at a high level.
