‘We make our press-welded gratings of load bearing
bar with various dimensions and specially prepared
interconnecting rods called transverse bars.
Transverse bars are resistance welded to the load
bearing bar creating a very stable and repeatable
product protecting the grating against damage
during its usage. The products of the welding
process are standard 6100 mm x 1000 mm panels.
During further processing, the panels are cut to
specified dimensions (gratings), framed and
protected against corrosion.

applications. The signiticant durability of PXM
gratings proves in places with difficult conditions of

At the Customer's request, we make press-welded
and pressed gratings in the SERRATED version. X4Ko?
SERRATED gratings characterise with increased
Coefficient of friction thanks to the cuts in the
grating fat bars.
SERRATED gratings are used for platforms located in
places that require increased safety measures due to
the presence of snow, ice, lubricants or moisture.
They are also recommended for inclined surfaces.
SERRATED gratings are made in different shapes and
sizes after previous arrangements with the sales
department.
Technical parameters (mesh sizes, dimensions of
load bearing bars) are same as in case of gratings
with plain load bearing bars. We also make
SERRATED gratings of stainless steel.

We make standard stair treads of press-welded and
pressed gratings. Each stair tread offered by us as a
standard has a special anti-slip nosing and side-
plates with assembly holes.
