INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING PROJECT FILE
1- Topics of the project are mentioned against your name in the enclosed sheet.
2- Collect the appropriate materials and information related to the topic.
3- It should be neatly handwritten except cover page, certificate and acknowledgement.
4- To support the topic and to make it attractive pictures, posters, articles, diagrams and graphs can be pasted.
5- It should be approximately in 40-50 pages including cover page (either in scrap book or spiral binding).
6- Don’t use transparent file/folder.
7- It should be based on some research work related to the topic.
8- All the pages/sheets must in a logical order/sequence based on the following guidelines:
(a) Cover page: It contains the details about the title of the project and the information about the student.
(b) Acknowledgement:
It is a way of giving credits for guidance and inspiration, a specimen is given below:

(e) Introduction: It includes the basics of the projects, meaning, definitions, features etc.
(f) Details of the topic: It may include advantages, disadvantages, problems, solutions, pros and cons, statistical
figures, supportive material, views, suggestions, criticism etc.
(g) Summary: It includes the various conclusions drawn from the project.
(h) Bibliography: A list of references used in making the project like websites, textbooks, magazines, news-
papers, TV channel/ a telecasted program, clarification/ confirmation from teachers and colleagues.
9- The students should have a thorough knowledge of the content, so that they can present themselves confidently
in the VIVA VOCE in the presence of external examiner.
Note: Keeping in mind the above instructions, the students are advised to start preparing the project
immediately and get it checked/corrected/approved by the under signed. Submit it latest by 15 th November
2024.
