During the evening exploration, the lead dog of Lyn Marshall’s sled, got off track and diverted from it’s
original route due to a strong scent. Lyn tried controlling the team, they kept moving quickly. Lyn applied
the breaks to ensure that it doesn’t go out of control. Later on it did slow off, due to fatigue and Lyn was
located safely and no harm was done. Although the situation could have got worse, due to the safety
protocols, such as emergency communication devices, no harm came to Lyn
Safety is always our first priority. Each guest is provided an Artic-grade clothing, training in handling sleds
and always have a guide with them. Communication devices are also provided. This means if any
emergency the guest could contact us through the device and we can get to their location.
Tourist Experience:
We allow the tourists to experience the Alaskan wilderness in the most safest & thrilling way possible.
Staying in Eagle which is a small hamlet, with only a population of 85, provides a beautiful scenery. The
learning of dog sledding does require lot of skills and takes time Aswell
Concerns regarding using dogs to pull sleds:
The concerns raised due to using dogs to pull sleds in not really valid, as it’s a traditional method to do
so. The dogs are all well trained. They are also healthy, and taken care very well. Usage of dogs for
sledding is also eco-friendly, as it doesn’t use any fossil fuels.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the evening exploration and the use of dogs to pull sleds are essential parts of the Alaskan
adventure. The safety and comfort of tourists are always guaranteed through careful planning,
supervision, and providing the right clothing and supplies. The concerns about dog sledding are mostly
unfounded, as it is an environmentally friendly, culturally important, and enjoyable way to travel. The

unique experience for all tourists.

Dear Gautham,
I hope you’re doing well. I just received you letter, and it seems like it was delivered late due to the
weather. I do understand that you’re not sure whether you should lie to avoid an event or not. I do
realize that you are feeling nervous and uncomfortable attending the event.
I’d really advise you not lie about it, as it may feel like an easy way to escape for the time being but it’ll
have its own complications later on. If you lie about being busy on that time of the event, the person
who invited you might find out eventually, and it might lead to decrease in trust in your relationship as
well.
Instead of lying, you could simply be honest and explain that you’re not feeling up to attending. You
could say something like, "I would love to join you next time, but I’m not comfortable with this one," or
"I’m not feeling too great about attending right now, but I hope we can hang out soon." By doing this
you’re being truthful and this would build trust in your relationship.
It’s pretty obvious for you to feel guilty about not attending the event maybe because the person who
invited you might be disappointed, but that’s completely alright because you should know how to say no
to things which you aren’t really interested in.
Overall, it's better to be honest about your feelings than to risk damaging trust with a lie. I’m sure your
friend will appreciate your sincerity.
Thanks,
Aniruddh

Title: The Disguise in the Game
It was the start of the biggest football tournament of the year, and the whole school was excited. The
two best teams in the competition were facing off in the final match: Jake’s team and Ethan’s team. Jake
and Ethan had been best friends for years, but recently, their friendship had started to feel a little
different.
The rivalry between the teams had always been friendly, but this year, there was an unspoken tension
between them. Ethan’s team seemed more prepared than ever, practicing hard every day. Jake couldn’t
help but notice that Ethan was acting a little strange. He was always so focused during practice, yet he
would often give Jake the advantage in their friendly games, almost as if he was letting Jake win.
One evening before the final match, Jake was walking through the locker room when he overheard Ethan
talking to his teammates. “We can’t let Jake know that we’re going all out,” Ethan said in a low voice.
“Let’s make him feel like he’s winning, but secretly, we’ll turn the tables on him during the final match.”
Jake stood frozen, feeling confused and hurt. His best friend was planning to deceive him. But why? Why
didn’t Ethan just play the game fairly? He thought they were friends, but now it seemed like Ethan had
another plan. Jake was left wondering if this was all just a game to Ethan—a game of deception, where
he was the one being tricked.
The next day, the final match began. The stadium was packed with cheering students, and both teams
were ready. The game started off with Jake’s team in the lead, but something felt off. Every time Jake
moved forward, Ethan’s team seemed to step back, almost giving Jake space to score. He felt like he was
being allowed to win.
As the game went on, Jake’s doubts grew. He started to realize that Ethan’s team was playing deliberately
poorly. They weren’t trying to win—they were trying to make Jake think he was better than them. This
was all part of the plan to deceive him. Ethan had been pretending to let Jake win in their practice
matches so that Jake would think he had an advantage. But in reality, Ethan was planning something
much bigger.
In the final moments of the game, Ethan made a sudden move and scored the winning goal for his team.
The crowd went wild, but Jake was left feeling betrayed. He had won the match, but not in the way he
had imagined. Ethan’s deception had worked, and Jake had fallen for it.
Later, after the match, Jake confronted Ethan. “Why didn’t you just play the game fairly?” he asked, his
voice filled with confusion.
Ethan shrugged. “It’s just a game, Jake. Sometimes, you have to use a little trickery to win.”
Jake realized that, although Ethan’s deception had worked, it had also shown him an important lesson. In
the end, the game wasn’t just about winning—it was about honesty and friendship. And sometimes,
winning through deception wasn’t really winning at all.

The Meet and Greet team ensures passengers have a stress free and a smooth experience boarding their
flight. Which involves of greeting passengers, checking their travel documents and guiding them though
the check in process, and helping with their luggage aswell . The team will also help the passenger with
any concerns they have
Current Responsibilities:
Currently, the ‘Meet and Greet’ greet passengers upon arrival at the airport, and then check if they have
all the needed travel documents, and directing them to the check-in area. Assistance with luggage is
provided, ensuring that bags are handled properly and safely placed for check-in. Additionally, staff stay
alert for unattended luggage and promptly resolve any issues, such as suspicious behavior or
misunderstandings, to ensure a secure environment.
Potential Problems
There are a few problems for both the ‘Meet and Greet’ team and passengers. A major issue is the high
count of passengers, during peak times, make the staff overwhelm. Trying to be perfect while handling
lots of passengers might not be possible, meaning some mistakes can be made. Passengers may
experience stress due to confusion about where to go or uncertainty about their documents, especially
those who are unfamiliar with airport procedures. Unforeseen incidents, like theft accusations, can lead
to uncomfortable situations for both staff and passengers, necessitating careful handling and clear
communication.
Suggestions for Improvement
To improve the experience for both staff and passengers, it is suggested that staff undergo enhanced
training in conflict resolution and stress management. Clear procedures should be provided to address
unexpected situations effectively. Passengers would benefit from clearer signage and guidance,
particularly first-time travelers, to reduce confusion. More staffs are being hired, and interviews are
going on day by day, to assist all the passengers. Additionally, offering flexible break schedules for staff
could help reduce stress and increase overall performance.
Conclusion
The ‘Meet and Greet’ team is essential in ensuring passengers begin their journey on a positive note. By
addressing the identified issues and implementing improvements, both staff and passengers would
experience a smoother, more efficient process, leading to a calmer and more enjoyable environment.
Letter Writing:
Dear Gautham,
I hope this letter finds you well. I’ve been thinking about the plans for your career that you’ve
shared with me recently, and I wanted to offer some thoughts on how you might approach your
journey towards them.
First of all, I truly admire your ambition to pursue such a meaningful and impactful career.
Becoming a doctor is a commendable goal that demands dedication, effort, and perseverance.
However, it’s essential to remember that ambition is not only about reaching the end goal, but
also about appreciating the journey itself. As you work toward your dream, make sure to enjoy
the process of learning and personal growth along the way.
While your ambition is admirable, it’s also vital to reflect on whether you’re prepared for the
challenges ahead. The path to becoming a doctor is lengthy, filled with years of studying, exams,
and practical experience. It's easy to focus solely on the final achievement, but along the way,
you may face setbacks, tough moments, or doubts. Instead of viewing these as failures, consider
them as opportunities to learn and grow stronger.
Also, think about how this journey might affect your work-life balance. Being a doctor is a tough
job, and it’s important to make sure you still have time for family, friends, and yourself. Keeping
a good balance between work and personal life is crucial for long-term happiness and success.
Lastly, remember that ambition should bring you fulfillment. While working hard for success,
take time to appreciate the small wins and the positive difference you’ll make in others' lives.
I believe with your passion and drive, you’ll reach your goal of becoming a doctor. Keep going,
but also be kind to yourself and enjoy the journey.
I’m here to support you all the way.
Best wishes,

In Charge
It was the day I was asked to be in charge of organizing the school talent show. I was both
excited and nervous. I had never been in charge of something so big before, but I was ready to
take on the challenge. I knew it was going to be a lot of work, but I wanted to prove that I could
handle it.
The first task was to create a list of participants. I had to go around the school asking students if
they wanted to perform. Some were shy and unsure, but I encouraged them to give it a try.
Soon, I had a group of talented performers ready to showcase their skills. It felt good to see
everyone excited about being part of the event.
Next, I had to plan the schedule. It was tricky because we had limited time, and I didn’t want to
make anyone wait too long. I made sure to arrange everything so that the show would flow
smoothly. I also worked with the teachers to ensure we had the right equipment and space.
As the day of the talent show approached, I started to feel the pressure. I had to make sure
everyone knew when to go on stage, and I had to help set up the decorations. There were
moments when things didn’t go as planned, like when the microphone stopped working for a
few minutes. But I stayed calm and told everyone not to worry. We managed to fix the problem,
and the show went on.
Finally, it was time for the talent show. I stood at the side of the stage, watching all the
performers. They were amazing! From singers to dancers to magicians, each act brought
something special to the show. I couldn’t help but feel proud of what I had accomplished. Being
in charge wasn’t easy, but it was rewarding to see everything come together.
In the end, the talent show was a huge success. Everyone had fun, and I felt a great sense of
accomplishment. I learned that being in charge comes with responsibilities, but it also gives you
the chance to grow and learn new things. I was glad I had the opportunity to lead, and it taught
me to be more confident and organized in everything I do.

Dear [Friend's Name],
I hope you’re doing well. I’m excited that we’ve been asked to organize this event together. I know we’ll
do great, but I understand you might be feeling a bit anxious because you tend to overthink things. Don’t
worry—I think we can work really well together and balance each other out.
From what I’ve noticed, your careful planning and attention to detail can be a huge strength in this
project. Your ability to think about all the possible outcomes will help us stay on track. I know you like to
analyze every little detail, and that’s great for making sure we don’t miss anything important. However, I
think it’s important to remind ourselves that we don’t need to worry about every small thing. We can
break the tasks into manageable parts and focus on one thing at a time. This way, we won’t get
overwhelmed.
On the other hand, I tend to stay focused on the bigger picture and like to take action quickly. I can help
by taking the lead in making decisions when there are too many options or when things start feeling
uncertain. I’ll also make sure we stick to deadlines and not get too caught up in unnecessary details.
Together, we can create a balanced approach where we get everything done without stressing ourselves
out too much.
I also think it would be helpful if we had regular check-ins, where we can discuss our progress and tackle
any concerns together. This will allow us to stay on top of things and make sure we’re both comfortable
with the decisions we’re making. I’ll help by offering reassurance when things get tough, and I know
you’ll keep me focused on the important details.
Overall, I believe our different approaches can work to our advantage. Your careful thinking and my
ability to act quickly can make the event a success. I’m looking forward to collaborating with you, and I’m
confident we’ll make this event great!

Dear [Friend's Name],
I hope you're doing well. I understand you're unsure about whether to apologise for missing the
meeting, and I want to help you figure out the best way to handle it.
Apologising is important because it shows you care about the situation and the people involved.
By apologising, you show that you recognise the impact of missing the meeting and are taking
responsibility. It’s a good way to maintain a positive relationship with your colleague and show
professionalism at work. However, the apology should be genuine and not forced.
I think it’s best for you to apologise, even if you didn’t mean to miss the meeting. Your absence
may have caused some inconvenience, and a simple apology can help smooth things over. It will
show that you take your work seriously and that you respect your colleague's time.
When apologising, keep it short and sincere. You don’t need to make excuses or explain too
much. Just say you’re sorry for missing the meeting, and express that you understand it may
have caused some trouble. You can also reassure them that you will make sure it doesn’t
happen again.
You could also mention this to your boss briefly, letting them know you’ve apologised to your
colleague and are taking steps to avoid missing meetings in the future. This will show that
you’re responsible and proactive.
To sum up, apologising is the right thing to do. A simple and honest apology will show your
professionalism and help clear things up.
Best regards,
