LUNA’S GUIDELINES
FOOD MATTERS AND MEAL ROUTINE COZY COMFORT
Guess what? I absolutely LOVE food! If you're munching
on something, I'm super curious, even if I didn't like it Even though I'm 15 and not as agile as I used to
before. But, oh my dog, please don't give me anything be, I still love cuddles and spending time
spicy – it makes my tummy feel funny. Chicken and other

meats are my U, but I only have them if they're not too
seasoned. I usually enjoy a couple of meals a day. My the sofa or bed, I'd appreciate it if you could

breakfast. I' eat around 100g of dry food per day (50g
per meal). Then add another 35g of chicken. While I get sleeping buddy because sometimes I tend to
to know you, I might not eat a lot so mixing in some wake up throughout the night. My own bed is

my appetite.
Also, stairs are a bit tricky for me, so I'll wait
for you to carry me up and down.
MY WALKS
I might seem a bit reluctant to go for walks, but I promise you, I enjoy them once
I'm out! My parents usually take me to the park for a 15-20 minute walk, giving me a
bit of exercise and fresh air. Any time of day works for this park adventure, just
not when it's too dark outside. Also please note that I am not the speediest walker!
During the day, I love taking quick breaks throughout the day for bathroom trips, I can
either be very quick, like 30 seconds, or sometimes it can take a bit more, like 30 minutes,
just be patient as soon as I’ve done it, I will run back inside! Ahh, I only do one wee at a time
and please only put my harness on for walks, I get really itchy if I am wearing it all the time.
LANGUAGE WISE
Just one more thing amigos! I just speak Spanish, I am
working on my English but might need a bit more of time.
Mi mamá y mi papá talk to me in Spanish, so if you use
English, no worries if I don't catch everything you say.
Some of my favourite words in Spanish are
"Vamos a la calle" – that means we're going out.
"A comer" means it's food time, and "a dormir" signals bedtime.
"Ven" is my cue to come running to you.
And oh boy, "toma chuche" is music to my ears!
That means treat time, and who doesn't love a tasty treat?
LUNA’S
ROUTINE
Morning Magic
I'm up bright and early with my parents at 6:30am.
Sometimes, I'm so eager that I wake them up even before their alarm rings. Gotta make sure they're ready for
the day, right?
(You don't need to be up at 6:30am, we are sure you will make your times work with Luna!)
Morning Adventures
After our little morning chat, I head out for a quick walk around the neighbourhood. It's not too long, just 10-15
minutes,
and then I come back home for breakfast. Yummy!
After my meal, it's time for a cosy nap. A girl needs her beauty sleep, you know!
Waiting Game
On weekdays, while my parents are off at work, I eagerly wait for my daddy to return around 4pm. I miss them,
so it's
always exciting to see him walk through that door. As soon as daddy arrives from work, we have a little walk.
It's my favourite part of the day – a chance to explore and sniff around. Ah, the outdoors!
Chillin' and TV
Once we're back, it's chill time on the sofa. We hang out, have some bonding time, and I make sure to let them know
when I
need a bathroom break. Sometimes, oopsies happen, so maybe is a good idea to take me every couple of hours.
We also watch some TV together. I love lounging around while catching up on the latest news. Life's good!
Afternoon Happenings
Around 5-6 PM, it's dinner o'clock. I'll probably do a little "sniff and inspect" when you're eating, but I wait until
you're done
to enjoy my own delicious meal. I like to go out for a quick bathroom break right after dinner. If you are going to
cook, it’s a good idea for you to take me for a wee before so we avoid accidents as I tend to get very anxious
with food and accidents happen.
Nighttime Rituals
Right before bedtime, no matter the time, it's essential to take me out for one last bathroom break. Don't be shy
to wake me up if I am sleeping, this helps me sleep through the night and not wake you up too early. Smart, huh?
So, that's my day in a nutshell. I'm a senior sweetheart who appreciates good food, cosy naps, outdoor
adventures, and
quality time with my human buddies.
Thanks for taking care of me while my parents are away. Let's have some pawsitively awesome days together!
