I wish to render my considered legal opinion over the matter as follows
Facts:
1. As per the document no.1218/2007 dated 12/02/2007 Mr. Kavali
Jangaiah aged 67 years and Kavali Yadaiah aged 47 years both resident
of bahadurguda village shamshabad mandal used to be the absolute
owners of the land in Sy.no. 27/7, admeasuring Ac.2-00 gts (pertaining to
vendor no.1) and land in Syno.27/8, admeasuring Ac.0-20 gts (pertaining
to Vendor no.2) situvated at bahadurguda village, peddagolconda gram
panchayat, shamshabad mandal . RR district by virtue of Ancestral
property.
2. The same has been purchased by M. Chandra Kumar singh S/o M.
Raghunath singh resident of Hyderabad vide document no.1218/2007
3. The said Chandra kumar executed a Agreement of sale cum general
power of attorney with possession in favour of Ekta group represented by
managing director Mohammed Khaleemuddin resident of Hyderabad vide
document no.3052/2007.
4. After that the said Chandra kumar singh and Ekta group Managing
director, owner and GPA holders executed a sale deed in favour of Syed
Khudrat ali s/o Late Syed tahniath ali resident of Hyderabad vide
document no. 6098/2007 dated 13/08/2007
5. After that the said Syed Khudrat ali executed an agreement of sale cum
General power of attorney with possession in favour of Tirunagari
Suchetan S/o Tirunagari satyanarayana resident of shamshabad,
Hyderabad.
6. Based on the douments and encumberance certificate and on the said
property vide application number 913177 dated 19/10/2024 and layout
permission from gram panchayat authoritites. I am in opinion that the
said property is with clear title for purchase, in support of that a paper
publication pertaining to Enadu news paper is enclosed here with,
