Scenario
R: Good morning, welcome to Pacific hotel how may I help you?
G: I would like to check in.
R: Have you made any reservations with us mam?
G: No I haven’t.
R: may I know what type of room do you want?
G: What rooms do you have?
R: We have the Standard, Double and the Luxury
G: can you tell me what amenities are there in the standard room
R: Our Standard room has a Bathroom with shower, Fridge/freezer & Microwave Central heating, Flat
Screen Televisions, Direct Dial Telephone, Tea & Coffee, Hair Dryer, Free Wi-Fi and is Fully Air
conditioned.
R: Do you have any special request mam?
G: Can I have a non-smoking room and a chilled bottle of champagne in a bucket?
R: Certainly mam.
R: Do you want a room with a better view mam?
G: Can I get a beach view, if it is possible?
R: Yes of course, mam
R: So maybe you would like to try our deluxe room?
G: won’t that be too much for me?
R: Mam today we have a promo for walk-in guest for just an additional of 2500 pesos you can enjoy a
room which is more spacious, upgraded amenities such as, fireplace, kitchen set and other added
amenities in the bedroom and bathroom and a view where you could get a broader specs of the ocean
and the beach. With complimentary breakfast you will experience a more comfortable and luxurious
stay with us.
G: okay, I’ll take that room then, Deluxe.
R: okay mam your room will be 7000 pesos per night would that be alright?
G: Yes
R: May I have your government issued I.D please and your contact info
G: yeah, here’s my I.D and here’s my contact number.
R: Thank you for your information Ms. Jamaica here is your I.D
R: How many days would you like to stay Ms. Jamaica?
G: I will be staying for 3 days and 2 nights
R: okay mam you are already booked for 3 days and 2 nights, here is your keycard and complimentary
breakfast voucher. Your room number is 402. You will be assisted by our staff to your room.

R : I would like to inform you ma'am that we have exclusive offers such as massage and spa and may I
know if you want to include your meals in your stay so we can now proceed to your payment.
Guest: Yes please include my meals and I want to give that spa and massage a try.
R: Okay mam well take a note on that.

R: Good afternoon Ma’am this is Divine from FDO, may I remind you for your check out time, it would be
2:30 pm, would you like to extend your stay?
G: No, Thank you.
R: okay ma’am, hold the line please, I will just compute your bill.
: Ma’am your total bill would be 9,567 pesos, including your hotel room, and other amenities you use
including the massage and spa, minibar and restaurant. Is everything correct ma’am?
G: Yes everything is correct.
R: Okay mam that would be all, settle your account here in the FDO upon check out. Thank you and God
bless.
