(i,e. whose services have not been guided as per Odisha Group " C " and " D "
posts Contractual appointment Rules,201 3.).

Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subject cited above , it is to inform you that , the following
guidelines is to be followed while prepration of final gradation list and determining the date of
, ,
regularization of Nursing Officers Pharmacists Laboratory Technicians ,Radiographers
,MPHW(F)s, MPHW(M)s under your administrative control , whose services have not been
guided as per Odisha Group 'Cn and 'D' posts contractual appointment Rules,2013 or
engaged prior to introduction of the GA Department Contractual appointment rules ,2013
and have been regularized on completion of six years of service before/after the date of
first appointment I joining of the Nursing Officers and respective paramedics recruited as
per rules,201 3 respectively.
As per the point no.2 & 3 of Notification no.1B1BO dated,2z.A7.2024 (copy
enclosed) of Govt. of Odisha, H & FW Dept. where it is mentioned that , the regularization date of
the Nursing Officers and other paramedics who have been contractually engaged prior to the
introduction of the GA Department rules, 201 3 and and regularized after the dates fixed in the
table of point (6) of aforesaid memorandum , that will determine their effective date of
regularization as mentioned in the table against each cadre and accordingly prepare their
gradation list as per format enclosed as Annexure-1 and send to this office by 22.12.2424
( both in hard copy and soft copy with proper description in remarks column regarding
their appointment if RA scheme, lnduction etc.) for preparation of provisional gradation list in
a uniform format and submit to the combined directorate in time
