BONDTITE FAST & CLEAR
(FAST CURING TRANSPARENT EPOXY ADHESIVE)
Bondtite Fast & Clear is a high strength two component transparent epoxy adhesive system. These systems are
tailor made to bond similar and dissimilar materials such as metal, ceramic, wood, leather, rubber, marble, glass
etc. Bondtite remains unaffected to mild alkalies and acids etc, it is non toxic and electricaly insulating
Adhesive.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
The surface to be bonded should be degreased, cleaned roughened and moisture free. The resin and hardener are
mixed in the prescribed quantities on a plate with the help of a spatula. A thin film of the mix is applied on the
surface to be bonded. The surfaces should be held together until the joints sets. (about 3 to 04 hours at room
temperature).
TYPICAL APPLICATION:
Automobiles for fixing electromagnet to flywheel, bonding brake lining to brake shoe, plugging holes in
cylinder block, fixing head light reflector to glass, bonding metal part to miniature bulb, for liner placement in
engine, for insulating high speed motor and fixing wiper on car.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS:
Sealing of oil filled transformer case, fixing of magnet to metal pieces in watt hour meter, fixing aluminum cap
to glass shell in night bulb manufacturing, bonding of cooling coils to freezers in refrigerator, Sealing PCB,
fixing diaphragm to voice coil and magnet to the base of speaker.
APPLIANCES:
Fixing name plate, bonding steel body to grinding stone in wet grinder, for assembly of mixer, washing
machine, gas stove, for fixing loose handle of tool, fixing of drain, hoses & sealing of tank joint in washing
machine.
MISCELANEOUS:
For joining of marble, wash basin pieces and repairing of chipped sanitary ware, to repair broken picture
frames, in repairing jewelry, to stick broken toy, to bond concrete chips at the back of the polished granite tile,
to seal cracks in wall, for assembly of bath fitting and gate valve, as an adhesive in bangles and brassware
handicrafts, door closure assembly, sealing of heating element & in manufacturing of sports goods like tennis
racket, polo stick, shuttle cock, hockey sticks etc.
