PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ROUND – 2 SCHEDULE (MD/MS/DNB/DIPLOMA COURSES)
It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission to MD/MS courses in all
Government/ Government Aided/ Private Unaided Medical Institutes including those under Private Universities - SGT
University, Budhera, Gurugram, AI-Falah University, Village Dhoj, Faridabad and Post MBBS DNB/Post MBBS
Diploma/Post Diploma DNB courses in Civil Hospitals/Medical College in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session
2024-25, the tentative schedule for Round-2 counseling is as under:

a. Registered candidates who have not been allotted seat 18.12.2024 to 21.12.2024 upto 11:59 PM.

b. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the
Round-1 but have not joined
c. Candidates who have joined the seat allotted during
Round-1 but wish to upgrade their seat.
(The option will be available on the login id of the candidates)

Note:
a) Fresh candidates can register for Round-2 of counseling if not registered in Round-1.
b) The candidates, who have already registered themselves for the Round-1 and wish to participate in the Round-2,
shall not be required to register again.
c) The candidates, who have been allotted/joined seats in the Round-1 of counseling shall have to give their
willingness/option to upgrade themselves in the Round-2 of counseling online otherwise they shall not be considered
eligible for the Round-2 of counseling.
d) The Candidates, who have joined on the allotted seat in the Round-1 shall have a right to already allotted seat and
this shall be changed only if, he/she gets an upgraded opted seat during Round-2. However, the candidates who
wish to participate in the Round-2 of online counseling will have to submit their preferences/choices afresh.
Candidates, who have joined, seat in Round-1 should give the fresh choices in order of preferences for the
seats in which they wish to upgrade themselves.
e) All candidates (already registered (irrespective of their admission status) and freshly registered candidates} who wish
to participate in the Round-2 of counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in only Government/Govt
Aided/Private Medical Colleges shall be required to deposit online an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. 12500/- for
SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD of Haryana State) and if the candidate wishes to also opt for State Quota
Seats/Management Quota Seats in Private Medical Colleges including Private Universities then he/she shall
have to deposit online an amount of Rs. 2.00 Lakh. This facility shall be available in the login ID of the candidates
on admission web portal.
In case of failure of any registered candidate (whether freshly registered or the candidates who have
joined seats in the Round-1 and want to upgrade their seat in the Round 2) to deposit the requisite security
amount, they will NOT be considered eligible to participate in the Round-2 of counseling.
In case of candidate join on the allotted seat, this security amount shall be adjusted in the tuition fee of the
first year of PG Course.
If the candidates are allotted any seat as per their preference, but they do not join on the allotted seat, the
security amount shall be forfeited. However, these candidates will be eligible to participate in the Round -3
after forfeiture of previous security amount and deposition of fresh security amount.
The security amount of the candidates who are not allotted any seat during the Round 2/Round-3 shall be
returned after the completion of the counseling process.
The candidates who join on the allotted seats in the Round-2 of counseling, will be eligible to participate for
Round-3 of counseling.
Any candidate who had joined in Round-1 but do not participate in Round-2 counseling or do not resign
from the Round1 joined seats, will also be allowed to participate in Round-3 after deposition of security
amount.
The candidates who join the seat allotted to them during the All India Quota/Any State upto Round-3 of
counseling shall not be eligible in further / stray round of counseling. The candidates will have to give
undertaking about the same.
If a candidate freshly registered in Round-2 is not allotted a seat, he/she can participate in Round-3 without
deposition of Security Amount.
However, if an upgraded candidate does not want Round-1 seat, he may exit with forfeiture of security
amount.
In case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may
be allotted and later cancelled during document verification or fails to produce the required documents at
the time of document verification, the allotted seat shall be cancelled and the security amount fee shall be
forfeited.
Note: -
i. The choices filled by the candidates for the Round-1 of counseling shall be treated as null and void and the
candidates will have to fill fresh choices.
ii. The above instructions should be read in accordance with NEET PG information bulletin 2024 and Govt. of
Haryana notification dated 02.09.2024 & 20.09.2024 and public notices issued time to time.
iii. Govt. of Haryana notification No. 40/13/2024-1SW dated 16.07.2024 is applicable for BC-A/BC-B category
candidates.
