1. Alight upon (Phrasal verb) - अचानक से मिल जाना –find by chance; to
suddenly notice or think of something,
Example-
1) Her eyes alighted upon an extraordinary sight.
2) His mind alighted upon several possible answers.

4. Supersede (verb) - जगह लेना, दू सरे का अधिकार ले लेना - to replace something,
especially something older or more old-fashioned
Example-
1) Most of the old road has been superseded by the great interstate
highways.
2) Wireless broadband could supersede satellite radio one day.
Synonyms - cut out, displace, relieve, replace, substitute, supplant
Hint- When a SUPER new thing arrives, we REPLACE /SET ASIDE the old
thing because it is OBSOLETE.
5. Coercion (noun) – ज़ोर-ज़बरदस्ती - the use of force to persuade someone to
do something that they are unwilling to do.
Example-
1) It was vital that the elections should be free of coercion or intimidation.
2) The school bully used coercion to force the other kids to give him their
lunch money.
Synonyms - force, pressure, threats, bullying
Hint- Coerce sounds like Force. When somebody is coercing you, they are

uproar.
