o Posts should be visually engaging with a clear balance between text and
visuals.
o Creative use of colors, fonts, and media elements that reflect the topic.
2. Content Accuracy & Depth (20%)
o Information must be accurate, well-researched, and directly related to the
topic.
o Sources of information should be appropriately cited where necessary.
o Depth of content, showing a strong understanding of the topic.
3. Creativity & Engagement (15%)
o Use of Instagram features such as stories, polls, interactive posts, videos,
carousels, etc.
o Engaging and innovative ways of presenting information to the audience.
o Use of various media forms (photos, videos, infographics, etc.).
4. Audience Engagement (100 Likes & 150 Views per Post) (15%)
o Each post must receive a minimum of 100 likes and 150 views to demonstrate
effective audience engagement.
o Engagement metrics should be reported and monitored throughout the
project.
5. Follower Base (100 Followers Minimum) (10%)
o Each Instagram page must have at least 100 followers by the time of project
submission.
o Evidence of strategies used to grow followers should be provided (promotion
methods, interactions with audience, etc.).
6. Relevance & Practical Application (15%)
o Posts must connect the theoretical aspects of the topic to practical,
real-world examples or classroom applications.
o Demonstrate how the innovative trend can be used in an educational setting.
7. Clarity, Simplicity, & Organization (10%)
o Information should be clear, concise, and easy to understand.
o Posts should be well-organized, avoiding information overload.
o Use of bullet points, short sentences, and visuals to aid comprehension.
Bonus Criteria
● Use of Multiple Media Forms (e.g., videos, photos, infographics) will be positively
noted and can earn up to 5% extra credit.

The first post should provide a clear overview of current trends.
Briefly explain what students can expect in future posts.
