AFFIDAVIT
I, Charanjeet Singh S/o, d/o, w/o Tarsaem Singh residing at H. No. 413, Ajnala Road, Near
Nagpal Karyana Store, Gumtala Amritsar -I, Amritsar, Punjab - 143001, do hereby state that I
intend to apply for passport and accordingly have made an application for Passport
dt. .......................... for me for travel to ....................... country of destination
for ............................... I solemnly declare / affirm that the particulars furnished by me in my said
Passport Application form are correct and that I have not concealed or misrepresented any fact in
it.
I further state that I am required to produce a Identity Certificate from my employer as insisted
by Passport Authority for issuing Passport to me and as such I have applied to my Employer vide
my Application dt. 10-07-2024 for issuance of Identity Certificate.
I further state that I am aware that in the said Identity Certificate reference is made to the
provisions of Section 6(2) of the Passports Act, 1967, and as such I declare after having read the
said provisions of Section 6(2) of the Passports Act, 1967 that those provisions are not attracted
by me.
I hereby specifically declare that -
a. I shall not engage outside India in activities prejudicial to the sovereignty and integrity of
India.,
b. My departure from India shall not be detrimental to the security of India.,
c. My presence outside India shall not prejudice the friendly relations of India with any
foreign
country.,
d. I have not been at any time during the period of five years immediately preceding the
date of my
application been convicted by a court in India for any offence involving moral turpitude and
sentenced in respect thereof to imprisonment for not less than two years.
e. There are no proceedings in respect of offence alleged to have been committed by me are
pending before a criminal / civil court in India.
f. No warrant or summons for the appearance or a warrant for the arrest of myself has been
issued
by a court under any law for the time being in force or that an order prohibiting the departure
from India of Myself has been made by any such court.,
g. I have not been repatriated and not reimbursed the expenditure incurred in connection
with such
repatriation.
h. I am an Indian National.
