mobile phone use during the weekly film shows.
I completely understand the frustration, as using phones during films disrupts the experience for
everyone. Banning mobile phones altogether could be a stricter solution. Intead, I would like to
propose two suggestions. Firstly, people should be reminded to silence thier phones before the
film begins. If anyone who continues to use their phone should be politely asked to leave the
hall. Another, It is convinient that setting up a spetific outside the cinema where people can use
their phones if necessary.

I believe these ideas will greatly improve the viewing experience for all members.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts soon!

Ngọc Ánh
