Dear Ma’am Bernadette,

Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation from my position


as CNA at Avalon Care Center. My last day of work will be on April 22,
2022.

I received an offer to be part of another Healthcare Institution, and after


careful consideration I decided to take this new position due to wide variety
of clinical experience that will help me towards my goal of becoming a
USRN. This decision is based purely on personal reason and I no way
indicative of any dissatisfaction with my role within your facility.

On my part, this was not an easy decision. The past few days from being an
Certified Nurse Aide have been extremely rewarding. I have taken pleasure
in working with you and other competent staff. Thank you for the
opportunities and development that you have provided me. I wish you, my
colleagues and the staff of Avalon all the best.
