Installation Procedure
The SOCKET-OUTLET shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily
accessible.
Air Flow Specification
Do not connect the equipment to the WALL OUTLET before the
configuration is completed
Air Flow 420 - 450 CFM (Cubic Feet/Minute)
Exhausted BTU/Hour Approximately 17,000 BTU/Hour (at full run) vented through an 8-in. HOSE.
Exhaust Hose Connection Connect the Exhaust Hose to a negative pressure source.
Diameter of Exhaust Hose 20.32 cm (8 in.)
Exhaust Hose Length 3.04 m (10 ft.)
Physical Dimensions

1. Remove the 4 SCREWS and the EXHAUST PLATE.
2. Use the 6 SCREWS and 6 NUTS to install the PLATE to the EXHAUST PLATE
3. Install the EXHAUST PLATE into the PAPER SUPPLY ECS DOOR
It may be necessary to use the 6 NUTS G3100 with the 6 SCREWS G1114.

Process ECS
Process ECS
1. Remove the 4 SCREWS and the EXISTING EXHAUST PLATE from the PRO-
CESS ECS DOOR.
2. Use the 2 SCREWS to install the new EXHAUST PLATE into the PROCESS ECS
AY.
a. Remove the FILTER HOLDER D3109.
b. Disconnect:
–CONNECTOR D3121J1
–CONNECTOR D3122P2
c. Loosen the 4 SCREWS and remove the ECS BLOWER HOUSING AY D3127
d. Remove the CABLE TIE to provide access to the HARNESS D3217J4
e. Use a CABLE TIE to hold the remaining HARNESSES onto the TIE MOUNT.
f. Install the CONNNECTOR D3217J4 into the cut-out of the FRAME.
g. Install the ECS BLOWER HOUSING AY and tighten the 4 SCREWS.
h. Connect:
–CONNECTOR D3122P2
–CONNECTOR D3121J1
i. Install the FILTER HOLDER.

3. Move the FAN AY portion of the THERMAL VENT KIT into the opening of the
PROCESS ECS AY.
4. Use the CASTORS to level the FAN AY.
5. Install the CONNECTOR D3402P1for the FAN AY to CONNECTOR D3217J4.
6. Install the 2 SCREWS to fasten the FAN AY in position.
7. Install the EXHAUST HOSE.
