Self-Diagnostics

The ECU 7, POM and SAM perform a self

test during power up and during operation.

The result is indicated by the diagnostic lamp

(DILA).

Permanent light  ADEC / SAM / POM is ok

Flashing light  ADEC / SAM / POM error Diagnostic lamp
No light  No power

Internal faults can be detected by

disconnecting all harness (except power) and
then turning power on.
