STUDENTS’ BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE: They are familiar with the games and hobbies unit’s vocabulary. They can
form sentences with likes/ dislikes and can describe an action/hobby.

ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS (CONTINGENCY PLAN): The students might have a hard time comprehending the game
rules, in order to fix that the teacher can exemplify the game so that it is easier for students to understand. Using
simple language is also important for a better understanding.
In case of a technological problem, the teacher should have handouts with the necessary material.
The lesson plan might take less time than expected, so the teacher should have extra activities to do in the
classroom.

students' errors, the teacher moves on to
the following activity.
The teacher distributes worksheets about
the texts with some wh-questions for
students to answer. Before handing them
out, the teacher explains what students

complete the work. Once the time is up or
once the students are finished, the teacher
answers each question on the worksheet
with the students.
