Create a Regulator to suit your specific requirements, by following the steps below to generate
your REGULATOR PART NUMBER.
There are two ranges of Meditech Medical Oxygen Regulators.
55SL (Super Light) regulators which are manufactured using strong lightweight materials, mainly aluminium alloy, however
the high-pressure oxygen path is made of brass for extra safety.
55B (Brass) regulators are mainly manufactured using brass which is a robust material with a good ignition resistance, for
mobile use in demanding conditions.
STEP 1 Choose the Regulator BODY TYPE that you require.
Decide if you want Brass or Aluminium.
STEP 2 Choose the TYPE of Oxygen Pressure INLET that you require.
STEP 3 Choose the TYPE of Oxygen Pressure OUTLET that you require.
STEP 4 Choose HOW MANY Oxygen Pressure Outlets that you need for
your Regulator.
STEP 5 Decide if you want your Regulator to have OXYGEN THERAPY,
and if so, choose what TYPE.

Oxygen Therapy Option:
2 For regulators with a Therapy Outlet Flow Selector, the figures represent the flow rate from the ‘Therapy outlet’ in litres
per minute (lpm). These figures are subject to a tolerance of ±10% of the shown value or ±0.5 lpm whichever is the
1 greater. Oxygen Therapy is easily chosen by rotating the “Therapy Flow Rate Selector” (1). The flow rate is indicated
3 in the display window (2). Therapy flow rates shown below:

Oxygen at the chosen flow is discharged from the Therapy Outlet (3). The Therapy outlet is designed so that plastic
4 oxygen tubing can be securely held in place on the barbed fir-tree style connector. Alternatively, a threaded 9/16th
connector (4) can be used for attaching a humidifier or other accessory.
