Chapter 2: Where's Mama?

One morning, Mia woke up from

a nap and couldn't find her
mama. She looked around their
cozy bed and called out,
"Mama! Mama! Where are you?"
But there was no answer. Mia
felt a little scared but decided
to be brave. She would go on
an adventure to find her
mama.

Chapter 3: Meeting New Friends

Mia padded softly through the

house, her little paws making
no sound. Along the way, she
met a friendly puppy named
Max. "Hello, Max," Mia said.
"Have you seen my mama?"
Max wagged his tail and said, "I
haven't seen her, but maybe Polly
the parrot in the living room has.
Polly sees everything from her
perch."

Polly the parrot was perched
high on her stand. "Hello, Polly,"
Mia called out. "Have you seen

Mia thanked Polly and made her

way to the garden. There,

Bella the bunny nibbling on some
lettuce. "Hello, Bella," Mia said.
"Have you seen my mama?"
Bella twitched her nose and

"I haven't seen her, but don't
worry, little one. Maybe Mr. Owl
in the big oak tree knows where
she is. He’s very wise."

Filled with hope, Mia made her way

to the big oak tree. She looked up
and saw Mr. Owl perched high on a
branch. "Hello, Mr. Owl," Mia called
out. "Have you seen my mama?"
Mr. Owl turned his head and looked
down at Mia with his big, wise
eyes.
"I haven't seen your mama today,
little kitten. But don't worry, she
must be somewhere nearby. Have
you checked the kitchen?
Mamas often go there to find
something tasty."

Chapter 6: A Happy Reunion

Mia thanked Mr. Owl and hurried

back inside to the kitchen. As she
entered, she heard a familiar
voice calling her name. "Mia! Mia!
Where are you?"
"Mama!" Mia cried out, running as
fast as her little paws could
carry her. And there, by the
window, was her mama, looking
worried but relieved.
"Oh, Mia, I was so worried about
you," her mama said, nuzzling her
gently.
"I'm sorry, Mama. I couldn't find
you, so I went on an adventure
to look for you," Mia explained.
Her mama smiled and licked her
forehead. “Thank you for being so
brave, my little kitten. But
remember, no matter where you
go, I'll always be close by."

Chapter 7: Home Sweet Home

Mia and her mama curled up

together in their cozy bed,
happy to be reunited. As Mia
snuggled close, she felt warm
and safe. She had learned that

noise? What do you think it is?"

Her mama nodded, "I did hear it.
Why don't we go check it out
together?"
With a sense of excitement, Mia
and her mama carefully climbed
the stairs to the attic. What
could be making that mysterious
noise?

Chapter 9: The Friendly Mouse

As they entered the attic, they

saw a little mouse scurrying
around. The mouse looked up and
squeaked, "Hello! I didn’t mean to
startle you. My name is Timmy.
I'm just looking for some crumbs."
Mia smiled, relieved that it was
just a friendly mouse. "Hello,
Timmy. I’m Mia and this is my
mama. What kind of crumbs are
you looking for?"
Timmy twitched his whiskers.
"Anything tasty, really. I have a
big family to feed."
Mia and her mama decided to help
Timmy find some crumbs and
together they searched the attic,
finding a few tasty morsels.
Timmy was very grateful.

Chapter 10: The Birthday Surprise

A few days later, it was Mia’s

birthday. Her mama decided to
throw a surprise party and invited
all of Mia’s new friends. The garden
was decorated with flowers and
balloons, and there were lots of
tasty treats.
When Mia walked into the garden
and saw everyone gathered, she
was overwhelmed with happiness.
"Thank you, everyone! This is the
best birthday ever!"
Her friends all wished her a happy
birthday and they spent the day
playing games, eating treats, and
enjoying each other’s company. Mia
felt so lucky to have such
wonderful friends and a loving
mama.

One day, Mia found a little bird

with a hurt wing in the garden.
She gently picked it up and
brought it to her mama. "Mama,
this bird is hurt. What can we

for it and feed it."
Mia and her mama cared for the
bird, giving it food and a safe
place to rest. Over time, the
bird's wing healed, and it was
able to fly again. The bird
chirped happily, thanking Mia and
her mama for their kindness.
