When you cop a NON VBV card it comes with the card holder’s info, address, IP
address, connect the Proxy, make sure your PayPal account is logged in on that device
the proxy is on, the PayPal account could be new or old, based on the account limit.
NOTE: THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT YOURE USING CAN BE NEW AND UNVERIFIED
YOU WIPE BASED ON THE ACCOUNT LIMIT.
STEP1:
Login to a new or old PayPal account, then connect your proxy, you can get a PayPal
