SOP FOR SECURITY


1 Objective:
The objective of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to establish guidelines for ensuring the
safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities within Rayzon Solar Private Limited. This SOP
aims to mitigate security risks, protect against threats, and promote a secure working environment.
2 Scope:
This SOP applies to all security operations conducted by Rayzon Solar Private Limited, including access
control, surveillance, alarm response, and emergency procedures.
3 Responsibilities:
3.1 HR Manager: Responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations, ensuring
compliance with this SOP, and providing necessary resources and support.
3.2 Admin Department: The admin department is responsible to assign and rotate the location of
the security guard at different location. Admin is also responsible to document and investigate all
incident that occur.
3.3 Security Supervisor/Officer: Responsible for supervising security personnel, implementing
security protocols, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents.
3.4 Security Guards: Responsible for performing security duties, including access control, patrolling
premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and reporting any security breaches or incidents.
4 Procedure:
4.1 Access Control:
Access Authorization: Security Personal are authorized to access all different areas of the premises,
including restricted zones and sensitive facilities with one company representative of the location.
Identification Verification: Security guards verify the identity of individuals seeking access through
visual inspection, access cards, biometric systems, or visitor registration processes as required.
Visitor Management: Escort and supervise visitors to designated areas, issue visitor badges or passes,
and ensure compliance with visitor policies and procedures.
Vehicle Management: The security personnel shall register the details of all vehicles that enters at the
factory gate for material loading or unloading on designated register.
4.2 Patrol and Surveillance:
a Patrol Routes: Security guards conduct regular patrols of the premises, following predefined routes
and schedules to cover all areas effectively.
b Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any
suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
c Incident Reporting: Immediately report any security incidents, breaches, or unusual activities to
the Security Supervisor/Officer for further investigation and response.
4.3 Alarm Response:
a Alarm Activation: Respond promptly to alarm activations, including intrusion alarms, fire alarms,
or emergency alerts, following established procedures for verification and escalation.
b Emergency Communication: Coordinate with factory authorities, emergency services, and internal
stakeholders to address alarm activations and mitigate any potential threats or risks as per the
Emergency Contact No.
4.4 Emergency Procedures:
a Emergency Preparedness: Security team shall participate in regular drills and training sessions to
ensure all personnel are familiar with emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and crisis
management protocols.

b Emergency Response: Take immediate action to address emergencies such as fires, medical
incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols and prioritizing the safety of
personnel and assets.
5 Incident Management:
5.1. Investigation: All security team shall participate in the investigations into security incidents,
gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and documenting findings to identify root causes and
prevent recurrence.
5.2. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of security incidents, including incident reports,
witness statements, CCTV footage, and any corrective actions if taken.
6 Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, industry standards, and company policies
governing security operations and access control.
