Dear Harpreet,
We are pleased to appoint you as TOC Coordinator in our organization on the basis of your bio-data and other
particulars submitted by you and the subsequent interview. You are being appointed for Punjab and shall be based at
Amritsar. The terms and conditions of your employment will be as under:
1. Date of Joining:
Your appointment takes effect from the date of your reporting for duty. You are advised to report for duties
positively on 19-Jun-2023.
2. Emoluments/ Remuneration:
Your compensation on a cost to company basis will be Rs.1,78,716/-(Rupees One Lakh Seventy Eight
Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen Only) per annum as per annexure.
3. Secrecy:
You shall not, either during or after your employment with us, either by word of mouth or otherwise, divulge
particulars or details of our processes, technical know-how, security arrangements, administrative and/or
organizational matters of confidential or secret nature which it may be your personal privilege to know by virtue
of your employment with us and you shall both during and after your employment take all reasonable
precautions to keep all such information secret.
4. Misconduct:
If at any time in our opinion which is final in this matter, you are involved or found guilty of dishonesty,
disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence or indiscipline or of any other conduct considered by us as
detrimental to our interests, or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, your services are liable to be
terminated without notice on such disciplinary action as we may deem fit.
5. Transfer:
Your services are liable to be transferred to any existing or future department, office or establishment forming a
part of our organization or to any of our associates, sister or group concern in India and abroad. On such
transfers, you have no right to ask for revision in your salary or any other terms and conditions of your service.
In such cases, you will be governed by rules and regulations applicable in the new assignment.
6. Retirement/ Separation:
You will retire from the services of the Company on completion of Fifty-eight years of age. The actual date of
retirement shall be the last working day of the calendar month in which your 58th birthday falls. In addition, this
appointment is for a fixed period, i.e. operation period of Indus IME agreement with us.

7. Probation:
Your probation period will be of Six months starting from your date of joining and the company holds the right to
provide you or not to provide you an extension of another Three months, depending on your performance,
behavior and other important aspects which are directly related to your job performance in present and in future.
Any misconduct or warning issued to you during your probation period may revoke/cancel your confirmed
appointment in this job. During the probation the notice period for separation will be One month from either side.
After successful completion of probation period you will be confirmed employee.
8. Duties and Responsibilities:
a) You will perform, observe, and conform to such duties, directions and Instructions assigned or communicated
to you by the management and those in authority over you.
b) Company personnel are whole time employees and may not undertake any other business, work or public
office, honorary or remuneratory, except with the written permission of the management in each case.
c) You will not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the Management for which you have no
express authority, nor alter or be a party to any alteration of any principle or policy of the management or
exceed the authority or discretion vested in you without the previous sanction of the company or those in
authority over you.
d) You will be responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition and order of all company’s property,
which may be in your use, custody or change.
e) This offer of appointment is subject to: The information provided by you in your Bio-data & you’re being found
and remaining medically fit as per our company standards.
9. Termination of Service:
a) The management in its sole discretion may terminate your appointment by giving a notice of one month;
likewise, you will be free to resign from the services of the company by giving one month notice or payment
in lieu thereof. The F&F settlement will be done within 60 Days from the date of relieving from services &
with submission of no dues certificate.
b) In case of absence for a continuous period of 7 days (including absence when leave though applied for is not
the same shall automatically come to an end without any notice. However, in the following cases, your
services will be liable for termination without any notice or compensation, with immediate effect, in case you
are found prima-facie indulging in .
• Negligence, in any manner whatsoever, in attending phone calls (Alarms) causing revenue losses or
loss of any other type.
• False Reporting.
• Medically unfit as per report received from authorized Hospital.
• Violation of any system & Process, Safety rules, procedure causing loss of any type Raising false
claims, misappropriation and theft of Company’s money and property.
• Remaining in Police Custody.
• Violation of any instruction given by your senior.
• Violation of any terms and conditions stipulated mentioned in Appointment Letter, Expiry,
Termination or Null & Void of Contract between Company and its Customer.

• Our employment can be terminated by Company due to your Non-Performance. Company shall
terminate your employment if you fail to improve your performance despite issuance of three
warning letters. The Non-Performance shall be strictly monitored related to the job responsibilities
assigned to you.
• You shall neither by self nor allow, authorize, appoint, direct any person, do or undertake any activity
that is required to be carried out by a Statutory or Governmental authority / agency. You shall fully
comply with all safety guidelines and measures including Life Saving Rules safety rules and further
undertake not to violate any of them.
• You shall always properly use the safety equipment(s) and the other assets provided to you and
shall ensure its upkeep/safety and shall also abide by the Do’s & Don’ts relating thereto.
• If you are found to be in deliberate breach or violation, ether by misconduct or negligence, of the
safety guidelines, instructions, policies, procedures, guidelines, instructions; or carrying out of any
unauthorized/ prohibited activities, you could be immediately terminated from your services without
any notice and will not be entitled to any service benefits; and neither you nor any of your family /
legal heirs / successors would be entitled to any compensation. Additionally, you shall also be
entirely responsible and liable for any loss, damage, bodily injury (including death) of any person,
and damage to real and tangible property.
10.Theft Clause :
We may terminate your employment without notice if we have your involvement in any kind of theft, fraud and
misappropriation with Company’s property or otherwise.
11. Testimonials:
Certified copies of your certificates and testimonials including the proof of your age, together, proof of your address along
with 4 Passport size photographs may please be submitted at the time of joining for our records.
12. Physical & Mental Fitness:
Your appointment and subsequent continuation in the service of the company is always subject to your
remaining physically and mentally fit during the tenure of your service with the company. In this regard,
company can refer your case to any reputed hospital having its contract for the purpose. You will not post or
publish any comments, photos, blogs etc about company business or activities on any social media digitally or
print which is in public domain and for which you are not authorized.
13. Mode of Payment::
The mode of payment for salary & other reimbursements will be through bank transfer. In case you do not have
account in your name in any of the bank, then we will facilitate the opening of bank account post your joining
within 7 working days.

14. Code of Conduct
1) During the period of employment with the Company, you shall not engage in any other profession or business and shall
endeavor best to promote the Company’s interests.
2) During the period of your employment, you shall not; without the written authority of the Company publish
any written articles or deliver any talk on any subject related to your profession.
3) You shall not be absent yourself from office/ duty without the written prior permission of your Supervisor /
Technical Manager and Concerned Client Cluster Manager, as the case may be.

4) You should not involve directly or indirectly in such activity which shall damage the dignity, image & property of company
or his client. Company reserves the right to take necessary disciplinary action and can even terminate the services
without any further notice.
5) If you are involved or found guilty of dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence or indiscipline or of any
other conduct considered by us as detrimental to our interests, or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, your
services are liable to be terminated without notice on such disciplinary action as we may deem fit.
6) The consumption of alcohol or taking of drugs is not permitted on the premises. Employees must not be under the
influence of drugs or alcohol during work/ attending site or while representing the company or operating any equipment
or machinery. Breaches of this policy may result in instant dismissal.
7) You will submit proper account of all cash/ cheques / drafts/ documents / EB Bill Deposition Receipt ( as the case may
be) collected from the customers/ advance against issue of Temporary cash receipts/ acknowledgements on a daily
basis to the concerned designated persons and obtain proper acknowledgement.
8) You will be responsible for all the stationeries, write ups, service booklets, information brochures, Diesel register, Activity
register & service books EPM Books & computers issued to you and keep proper account of the same.
9) You will behave properly and be very courteous to the customers, Client Engineers, Site owners and to the work properly
and to their satisfaction.
10) You will adhere strictly to the instructions, written and oral, given to you by your superiors from time to time and complete
all required documentation, paper works and submit the same to the concerned and maintain all records properly.
11) Your movement to sites should be recorded in the digital application, site register and the estate register available at site.
The updating of site register should happen on every visit at site.
12) You shall refrain from indulging into any kind or misconduct which hampers Company’s performance or impacts its
business in such cases the Company shall dealt with your on the grounds of indiscipline and shall take severe
administrative action.
13) You shall be responsible for up keep for all equipment’s installed at site and they should be in working conditions during
the operations. You shall undertake the movement of equipment’s like battery bank / power plant / DG Set / AC etc. only
after obtaining written approval from your Company’s Authorized Representative.
14) Your selection has been made on the basis of information provided by you, which we assumed to be true, correct and
genuine. If at all, at any time in future, it is found that you have concealed any information or misrepresented the facts,
your appointment shall be liable to be terminated immediately. We also reserve the right to make references to your ex-
employers and to any other persons whose references have been mentioned in your resume.
15) Bribery. Use of company funds or property for illegal, purposes is prohibited.
16) Employees and members of their family must not solicit nor accept loans, fees, services, or monetary gifts of any kind
from suppliers, customers, or others dealing with the Company. They may accept unsolicited non-monetary gifts or
entertainment which conform to customary business practices and are not of significant value. Should they accept such
gifts or entertainment, they must not give the person or entity offering such gifts or entertainment any preferential
treatment.
17) You are instructed to strictly follow the Safety Guidelines issued by in an event if you are found to be violating the same;
Company reserves the right to terminate your services as per clause number 9 of this document.
18) General Tool Kit/Assets: In case you leave the Company you need to deposit them back in working condition or else
Company shall recover the value of such item from your full and final settlement amount.

19) The quantum of sites allocated to you can vary from time to time basis the operational requirements and changes in the
zone / cluster boundaries as per Customer / Company’s requirement. In such scenarios you need to ensure smooth
handover/ takeover of the sites to the Company / Customer’s designated representative.
15.Other Rules and Regulations:
a) In all matters not specifically provided for herein, such as leave, travel on company’s business, etc., you will
be subject to rules and regulations of the company as may be in force from time to time at the place where
you may be working.
b) This appointment will be subject to verification of the particulars given in your application.
c) Any dispute arising out of and or related to your employment with the company shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the Courts in the Union Territory of Chandigarh only.
d) You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address, civil or marital status and such other
matters.
e) If any declaration given or furnished by you to the Company is found to be false or if you are found to have
willfully suppressed any material information, in such case, you will be liable to removal from the service
without any notice.
f) On acceptance of the separation notice, you will immediately hand over all correspondence, specifications,
formulae, books, documents, cost data, market data, literature, drawings, and effects before you are relieved
and shall also not make or retain any copies of these items.
Kindly return the duplicate copy of this letter, duly signed, in token of your acceptance of the terms and Conditions
stipulated herein.
