A famous person I would like to meet, it would be Angelina
Jolie – an Oscar-winning Hollywood actress. She was born in the
USA, in a family of actors. She began performing on the stage
from a tender age and turned into a model when she was
merely 16. Moreover, she has appeared in a gamut of music
videos as well. As far as her Hollywood career is concerned, it
started flourishing in the mid-1990s.
Apart from being a marvelous and jaw-dropping actress,
she is also a social activist and humanitarian. In addition to this,
she has also been a UN Goodwill Ambassador. Angelina Jolie
acquired fame because of her non-acting appearances and
activities in international charity programs. She is known for her
intelligence, ready wits, and dazzling beauty.
Although I have seen plenty of her movies, I specifically
started liking her after watching Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.
Gradually, she has managed to become the second most
wanted female actress in Hollywood. Upon meeting, I would
like to discuss about her best performances with her. I would
like to share such incidents when she inspired me to the core.

The person that I look up to is one of the best influential football players in
England, David Beckham. Beckham is a footballer with an uncanny ability to

changed the game of soccer throughout the entire world. Beckham is not only

excellent soccer player; he is an idol to people of all ages because of his

and play with Manchester United. When Beckham turned eighteen he made his

dreams come true. Beckham signed with one of the best teams in the league,
Manchester United, in 1993. Beckham had to work extremely hard and show his
skill to win a starting position on this English team. It only took one year for
Beckham's coaches to be impressed. He soon won his starting position, playing

Beckham's coaches saw that he was leading the team in everything that he did, so they
selected him to be a team captain making him one of the youngest captains and newest
players in the league. David Beckham exemplifies the definition of the word captain.
Beckham has been chosen to be team captain with every team he has ever played on. A
team captain is a huge responsibility, which entails basically running the team. The
captain has to become the leader.
The UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has chosen David Beckham to be a UN
Ambassador. Beckham only being twenty-nine was "thrilled and honored" to
accept
the prestigious title. His duties will include helping poverty-stricken children
across the globe get involved in sports activities. Beckham says the first country he
intends to assist is Africa. He looks forward to helping them
When people ask what my favorite idol is, I
quickly remember about soccer. I never really gave
much thought to who my favorite soccer player is
until I saw Lionel Messi for the first time. I saw him
play for Argentina and he showed me how great
soccer really is. He has a great style of both
teamwork and individual skill. The ability he has to
keep control of the ball is what made me interested
in soccer. Without him, who knows if I would even
begin to enjoy soccer. He shows both individual skill
and the importance of teamwork. He does not only
score a ton of goals, but also gives many assists.
Lionel Messi, in my opinion, is one of the greatest
soccer players in history. Lionel Messi is most
definitely one of my role models.
There came a time in his career where Messi could
have easily shot the ball into the net himself, but
instead, he passed the ball to a player who had
never scored before. The player did indeed score
and Messi celebrated along with the other player.
This demonstrated to me that it does not
necessarily take individual skill to win, but more
teamwork. This showed me that it is better to loose
as a team than to win as an individual. Messi is one
of the greatest soccer players .
to ever live, in my opinion, but that does not automatically mean that his team
is only good because of him, but rather more that he is great because of his team. No
matter where Lionel Messi is, on the field or off, he always has a good attitude and
shows sportsmanlike conduct towards the apposing team. Lionel Messi is a role
model to people all across the world. This very man is the type of man that you would
find congratulating the other team if they won rather than getting extremely mad or
getting extremely upset. This is not the type of person that you would find bragging
about himself, but more or less the kind of person you would find staying silent about
his great performance. Lionel Messi is the very man who got me interested in soccer.
To this day, soccer is absolutely my favorite sport. No such memory comes to mind of
when I knew nothing of Lionel Messi. Now, he is my idol. He shows
